The manager even encouraged me to buy two and have 2 transactions because the deal was soo good! I haven't shopped at Walgreens too much because I forgot there was one so close by that I could walk to. It is kinda in a "sketchy" neighborhood to someone who doesn't live around here ( I live in Philadelphia ), but it's not really all that bad.

Also, the place was MOBBED when I was in there yesterday because of it being Halloween and such and last min shoppers, but regardless of that I had some of the BEST customer service by multiple employees in there that I have had in a LONG time. I even emailed Walgreens about it, and they called me today to thank me and let me know that the employees in question will be informed of the nice comments! But, seems the register didn't beep for you in doing it store Q than Manuf. Q. - I have done it store than manuf with no beeps ever.

Maybe I will try the other way around - manuf than store to see if I get better deals like your explaning - thanks for pointing that out. Hope that copy and paste of Collins dove soap example helped you with this, as it seems some of us have been told different too.

I guess the walgreens I go to don't beep at people for a small shortage. In my math is comes out the same:

the store Q made it .99 for the soap and then the manu took off $1.00 - so it made it -.01

in reverse it comes out the same - take off the $1.00 Q than make the item value .99 - it makes it -.01

So I am confused why you had to pay $2.00 - did it not take the manuf Q? I know no matter what you have to pay tax, so did you pay $2.00+tx or just $2.00

There was also a limit of 3 dove soaps @ .99 stated on the store Q - so it was nice of them to let you get more than 3 at one time. I have to leave and come back in a few mins later if there are limits on the store Q in my wags, otherwise they will charge me reg price on the extra item. So, I'd only get the first 3 at .99 and the others at reg price if done in the same transaction.Mom Who Careshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03543576960505284162noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-90368481587066337.post-26965731924771163212009-11-01T14:30:22.845-06:002009-11-01T14:30:22.845-06:00The Campbell's soup deal is also on Chicken No...The Campbell's soup deal is also on Chicken Noodle soup, but the coupon you linked to is for cooking soup.
