The fine print on the rebate form says rebate form may "not be mechanically reproduced" does that mean they won't accept my rebate when I put it on the form I can print at home?

When you click on the rebate link its says Autozone Downloadable rebate Form which means you CAN download and print it. This is also on the Autozone site, so it is NOT mechanically reproduced. They will accept this rebate printed from your home computer.

I hope this helps answer your question! Feel free to ask any others you may have.

I can read the rebate info. online...so, I'll know how to fill out the form correctly.

When I printed the form, it is quite small print. I'm unable to read the fine print/rebate offer info. does that (quality of form) matter with my rebate being accepted & approved for rebate payment?

Thanks

Is there anyway to change your printer settings, so it prints out larger?!? If not they should still except it. What I would do, though,to be on the safe side is fill out your contact info on a separate sheet of paper and mail it in with the rebate form.
