I am a newbie to text messaging. To send a text message, a person enters a phone number and then the text and then Send button. My question is that this number is 6 digits and not 7 digits. A phone number is at least 7 or 10 digits. How can I send a text to a 6 digit
phone number? Once I learn how to send the text, then how do I get the sample? Nature Valley does not know my address, so they can't mail the sample nor mail a coupon. They could reply with a text message or call me back. Please let me know more info, so that I may receive the sample. Thanks.

I love these text things!!! has anyone recieved the cosmetic bag from the text offer???

Cathy, text messages do not have to be 7 or 10 numbers. Many text offers are less numbers than that. As for the address, I am not sure about that. Maybe someone else can answer that one.

they will ask you for your adress when you text the number

Just to answer the questions:
When you text for a freebie, you will receive a text message back either confirming the freebie or asking for your address. Once you've submitted this info it will be in their system, so the next time you text for a free sample you most likely will not have to enter your address again. I hope that makes sense!

How do you text without a cell phone? More and more of these offers are popping up and I'm feeling left out. :(

The bummer here is that you text the word CLUSTER to the number given and they send you back a text asking for your zip code. You reply with said zip code, then they send one back asking for your street address but WITHOUT your city, state or zip. I feel like this was too shady and should not have taken that many wasted texts. Poo. I wasted 4 text messages and then just gave up as I wasn't sure how many it would take to eventually give them my full address and name to send it to.
