I don't know what happened in the Old Navy post (I've since deleted it), but I'm pretty upset about the inappropriate comments that were posted. When I first started doing the Old Navy posts everyone was so friendly and we all helped each other out. I don't really know what has happened since them, but it seems now a few immature anonymous individuals are getting a thrill out of saying inappropriate things and being down right disrespectful.
I'm either going to have to start moderating all comments or just not do an Old Navy Weekly post anymore.

I haven't gotten a job yet. I've interviewed with a couple of places, but I'm focusing most of my attention on studying to pass the NCLEX. I'll be job hunting again this week, so maybe next Sunday I'll have better news to report! But there are so many openings around my area that I'm not stressed about it at all! I hope school is going well for you Leslie! i know it can be really stressful at times!
I learned to pass meds, do IV's, wound care, vitals and many more. But there are things RN's can do, that we can't do. But it is a Great start. RN schools here have such a long wait, getting LPN speeds it up!

I have never been to Cali, so I don't know about there, but up here you get lots of rain and sun. We have the best of both worlds. I love the rain. I also love the gorgeous days we get here. Plus there is tons of outdoor stuff to do.

Lol at Linda's comment! I visited my sister in California last year (first trip to the west coast) and I was in shock at the cost of living. I consider myself to be pretty good with money, but I live in a very small town in VA and I have a nice 3 bedroom house that costs as much as it does to rent a studio apartment in San Diego where she lives lol! It's beautiful over there though!

THeyjustlook...get multi papers to be able to stock up on items that are great buys or freebies..i have a closet full of Garnier shampoo and am good for over a year on shampoo...got these when they were free at Walgreens, but needed a bunch of coupons to do this. ;-) good luck q-ing!

Buy multiple when the coupons are good and you can stock up on some killer deals. I cut them out and organize them into 3x5 100 page photo albums from the dollar store so I can have them with me in the store. You never know when you will run into good unadvertised prices.
2 days snowed in..compared to 2 weeks every other month of winter....still contiplating...lol

Brianne, you buy multiple papers so you have more than one of a certain coupon. For instance. I bought 8 papers and at cvs i will buy 8 dove deoderants and use 8 coupons. you could also look in recycle bins for extra inserts.
I ended up seeing that blue shirt mid week last week that was the 50 off little late tho.
Leslie and MRs Adams 05: good luck on your NClex! It is really hard, I'm not goona lie, but you can do it! Getting your RN is so worth it, and with the decline in the economy, at least we kjnow we have a job! I work on a orthopaedic/neurosurgery unit, and we have been slow, but people still need surgery (unfortunately), so at least we have job security!

Old Navy went away from the bouncing ball, quiz ect b/c they only buzzed by the screen every 5 minutes and that made it not fair for everyone. They have since gone to more of a clicking skill. You have to be fast!

Brianne, I installed the autoclicker earlier today and tested it. Seems to work ok though it clicks a lot when you really don't want to. I think it requires some practice. Go to download.com and search it. All their stuff there is safe to download.
