In most situations the answer is YES! You absolutely can use multiples of the same coupon on more than one product, however, Target operates on a store to store basis. At our local Target stores we've never had a problem using coupons but each Target location is unique... call for your local stores's coupon policy if you're concerned. Best of luck & happy 4th!
