My Walgreen's trip was very inexpensive today... with lots of great freebies!Here's what I got-
- 6 Aquafresh Toothpastes=FREE
- 6 Equals=FREE
- 6 Oust Air Sanitizers=FREE
- 1 Eletrasol (purchased last week)=FREE after EasySaver rebate
- 5 12 pks of Pepsi products $15 plus got back a $5RR=$10. That's a great deal for five 12 packs plus I will use these products to submit for the $15 in coupons from Pepsi-Frito Lay!
- 6 really thick Christmas Coloring books on clearance for .37 each=$2.22
- Final cost=$12.22 + tax (paid with RR's and Walgreen's gift card!)

I was contemplating not going to CVS today since the deals looked pretty slim. At the last minute, though, I decide to stop in... and I'm glad I did! All the Christmas items were clearance to 90% and to my surprise there was actually quite a lot left. - A simple way to figure out the price of a 90% off item, just drop the last number. If something was originally $6.49 then 90% off would be .64!
Here's what I got:
- 3 Candy Cane Packs .09 each=.27
- 1 large Candy Cane Gummi pack=.59
- Lots of Wrapping Paper ranging in price from .29-.79=$1.96
- Peel and Stick Gift Labels=.19
- Cute Tea set=.99
- Cheez It Twin pk $6-$3 Ecb=$3
- Honey Nut Cheerios Twin pk $7.99-$4 Ecb=$3.99
- Plus I used the expired $3 off $15 CVS purchase coupon (the nice cashier said that if it scanned she would let me use it and sure enough it did!)
- Final cost $7.99 (After Ecb's!)

My local Kmart was so uncrowded today! There was hardly anyone inside besides employees, pretty shocking considering this was the first day of their Super Coupon Doubles promotion. But hey, I'm definitely not complaining! It was nice strolling the isles, flipping through my coupon binder, snagging all the great buys AND with no one in my way! I ended up spending a little over $20 for the above... not a bad trip at all! Oh and I also didn't have any problems using Internet printed coupons.
- Right when you walk in the store be on the lookout for a Kmart coupon booklet. My store had some right by the customer service area and also displayed in different sections too! Anyway these coupons can ONLY be use in Kmart but the good news is I paired them with manufacturers coupons and they worked, so on top of the doubles I got even better deals! Please note, though, that the Kmart coupons do NOT double.

Okay, I am so in awe! We don't have a Kmart where I live, but I would love to have one if I could find deals like that.
