Are you sure it's good at Ulta? The fine print reads "Original voucher must be surrendered at a Napoleon Perdis Concept Store to redeem your free Protégé Lip Gloss".
Bummer! I got an email yesterday stating "As stipulated on our website and voucher, Protègè Lip Gloss can only be redeemed at a Napoleon Perdis Concept Store.
Presently, all our Napoleon Perdis Concept Stores in the US are located in California and we have noticed that you live outside California."
