Its Thursday and you know what that means, a new post about making money! If you missed my previous post, then check it out here. I discuss in detail how to get paid to complete offers.
Today I will be going over cash back programs. Basically when you sign up for a cash back program you earn money back for shopping at various stores online. For example, lets say you were already going to purchase an item online. Instead of going directly to the site, you would actually go to the cash back site first and then click through to the store you want to shop at. That way when you purchase the item/items you will get a percentage of money back for your purchases. You may only get 1% or 2% back from some stores while others may give you 25% back or more! This is a great way to earn money, especially when you pair this with all the great online bargains available! I made quite a bit of money back over Christmas, and it really helped keep my budget in check.
My favorite Cash Back Program:
CashBaq.com
This is by far my favorite program. They have so many great offers and in my opinion seem to stand out against the competition. You earn $5 instantly for signing up and you get paid through PayPal or they'll send you a check. The other great part is you ONLY have to earn $10 to get paid!
A few of my favorite offers:
- The 2009 Entertainment book is 50% off PLUS free shipping. You also get $6 cash back! A really great deal if you haven't snagged the Entertainment book yet.
- Sign up for Blockbuster Total access (lowest plan starts at $3.99 per month) and get $15 cash back! That equals out to almost 4 months of FREE movie rentals! The best part is you can always cancel after the first month and still pocket your $15!
- Purchase compatible ink, laser toner and remanufactured cartridges from 4InkJets.com and get 20% cash back! This may be a great way to save yourself money on printer ink.
**One other program that may be worth checking out is Ebates.com. You get a $5 sign up bonus. They pay every 3 months through PayPal or will send you a check. You will get paid as long as your total amount due is over $5!

I also use Mr Rebate. you can check it out at mrrebate.com It is similar to Ebate offer. I already got some of my rebate back so it works.
This is a question regarding ebates. If I signed up for it and never used it, or only used it once or twice, would there be any consequences? I think it's a good idea but I don't buy online very often and I wouldn't want to feel like I had to just because I signed up for ebates.
btw I LOVE your page and I am so addicted to it! I tell everyone who will listen about it. This was my first week shopping with coupons and trying out walgreens! All thanks to your help. THANKS!
And the first comment I leave I misspell my name! It's Sarah
Hi Sarah,
Yes, I would reccomend going through Ebates even if you don't shop online a lot.
There is no type of consequence that will come out of not using them that often. Over time the money you've earned will add up, so it's a nice added bonus when you do shop online!:)
At our house we love to save money. This has to be one of the best free sites I've come across. I wanted to share another site that gives you cash back on every purchase you make online. The site is aisle19.com You can get up to 25% cash back on every purchase you make thru this shopping portal. They have stores like, Target,Walmart,Sears,Restuarant.com And hundred's more. You have to have a referral number from someone else to sign up. Sign up is free. If anyone is interested in getting some more cash back, let me know and I will give you my number to join. Happy shopping!!
I'm interested! How do I get the referral number?
