From link you posted, I found the online survey & free book for doing survey. Did you also see the book offer (once at the link you had/in the right column with pictures) there was a free book, 'if' you send/mail in your contact info. with a UPS from a Pampers or a Kandoo product?
Is that a 2nd special offer? Or are you only allowed to do one of those offers & receive 1 book?

It looks like you can actually do them both, since one you get a book for doing a survey and the other for sending in UPC's!

It says the survey is now closed, but the mail-in offer is still available. I'm potty training my 2 year old with easy-ups, so I've got UPCs! :)
