If you don't like the product, then you should definitely fill in the form to get your money back.
Some people also decide that they like the product, but what they don't like is that it's too expensive. In my opinion, that is a valid reason to get your money back too.
Of course if you LOVE the product, the price and don't have any negative things to say, then you probably shouldn't ask for your money back... since it is a satisfaction guarantee rebate.
