Does anyone know how to make my printer print black when it is coupons.com. It doesn't give me the option to change my print settings when I print those, it just does it automatically.

How come some of the coupons reset and some don't. The frosting and other things reset for me but the kellogs and the salad dressing and some other stuff didn't reset.
