Thanks for the info on GNC. Now that you mention it I do have a question specifically related to health food stuff. My husband joined a new gym and received a consultation with a personal trainer who suggested that he drink a Whey shake and power bar prior to his workout to prevent feeling lightheaded afterward. Now I have priced Whey powder and power bars and they seem to be really expensive. Does your husband use anything like the Whey powder or power bars...and if he does do you have any suggestions for finding deals on those types of things. Thanks!!!

Yes, he does take protein drinks. We've found the best deals on Amazon and eBay. Just make sure to check the sellers feedback prior to ordering.
