If not, you can check out more details and print the form here.
Basically, you'll need to purchase 5 of ANY of these items between 4/5/09-5/5/09: Vlasic, Open Pit, Armour, Duncan Hines, Log Cabin or Mrs. Butterworth’s. Then you'll just need to mail in your original receipt, the UPC's from the product and this form to receive $5 in savings. The best part is you can do this rebate up to 6 times to get a total of $30 in savings! I'm not quite sure what the savings will be. I'm in hopes they will be nice high value coupons, but we'll see.
Walgreens has the Armour Vienna Sausage priced at ONLY .49 with in ad coupon. Purchase 5 for a total of $2.45 and then submit for the $5 in savings rebate. That's a pretty great deal!
(Thanks, Lisa!)

So I wonder on the duncan hines, do you think the cake mix would count? I saw you can use multiple receipts and I have 2 receipts with 6 total cake mixes (all duncan hines).
publix is having duncan high cake mix b1g1 or 80 each.
Buy 6 for 5. ...X$ and get 5$ back
Almost free
And use coupon 35 cent off from 3/29 for better deal
Hello,
Can we use for duncan high cake mix? I am very excited for this.
Kroger has Duncan Hines cake mix on sale for 10/10. With the .35 coupon , that makes each box .30 each.
What exactly does "savings" mean? A good coupon or money back?
I'm pretty sure it just means a coupon, not cash back.
I bought 5 boxes of cake mix at Publix here in GA B1G1 - so approx .83 each (1.65 for every 2). I used 5 .35 Q from the 4/5 paper which were then doubled. So, spent about .88 including tax for 5 cake mixes. Already a great deal but can now send off for $5 from this offer. I wish it was a cash rebate but, hopefully, the savings coupons will be decent
I see this "Limit six (6) Savings coupons per household."
Can you send all receipts at once (the 6 limit)or do you have to send each one indiviually?
From reading the fine print, it sounds like you'll be able to submit all your receipt at once and then depending on much you buy they'll send you up to 6 $5 in savings coupons.
