Can someone answer this question for me? Can you only submit one rebate per item? I tried to do two printer cartridges this month and only got credit for one.

Hip2Save said...

Anonymous,
Yes, the print cartridge rebate was a limit of one. Usually most of the items are a limit of one, unless the item in the EasySaver booklet states a limit of two or more.

HELP! I signed up for the Nivea coupon but the coupon didn't come up after I registered. Please help, I realllly want that coupon...am I too late?

Hip2Save said...

Richael,
I think the coupon print may have reached its limit. I'm not positive, though.

Is the shaving gel still good next week? I know it was a Aril RR but because the Easy Saver Catalog ends this week.... I wasn't sure

Also, with the number of coupons = the # of items. I have been buying .12 easter candy the alow me to use rr with purchases where I have coupons for each item already.

Anonymous said...

Can you mix/match the Rimmel Sexy Curves with another eye product? Or is it specifically b1g1 only on that mascara? I am assuming so since that's what it looks like in your write up, but I was just curious.

-D

Hip2Save said...

The Shaving Gel RR is ONLY good thru today 4/25. The EasySaver Rebates also end today too!

To answer the other question:
Yes, you will have to buy 2 Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara to use the bogo coupon.

Hip2Save, about the contour meter and the $30 Q: wouldn't there be a $15 overage? I haven't been couponing in awhile but that's what my Walgrees was doing in March - any overage from the coupons would go toward "fillers". Did they change the policy?

Susan said...

love your site but where did you hear that the rebate items will print automatically at the register and how will this work compared to the old program?

Anonymous said...

Thanks a lot! What a great wk at Wags! Do u think the Listerine Total Care Qs will work for this deal?

Amanda said...

I bought the (free) Glade candles yesterday, and found Olay Definity moisturizer on clearance for $7.45! I had a $5.00 off coupon for it, so that is a great buy! There were several left as well as some of the Regenerist line. I usually check the clearance shelves now and am really glad I did yesterday!

I cant print off any Nivea coupons. I fill out the form and then it thanks me.

on a side note, could I use a $2 MQ for Nivea Good Bye Cellulite Product ont the body wash?

Hip2Save said...

To answer all the questions:

The $30 Bayer meter coupon when scanned will ask them to enter the price of the item, which is $14.99 You will NOT get overage with this coupon. It also states on the coupon save up to $30-which means you can get the item free, but with no overage.

Susan,
I've heard this from varies sources, as well as, readers emailing me this info. I will update you when I hear more accurate info about the details of their new rebate system. Stay tuned!:)

I can't tell if the Listerine Total Care is included in the RR deal. If it is, though, then the coupon will work great.

The $2 Nivea Cellulite coupon will not work for the body wash.

Thanks a bunch - i will check back later for more updates - i also found some Nivea coupons in the beauty dept at my local CVS. There is a $1/1 exp 6/30/2010 and $3/2 exp 6/30/2010 - check your local cvs for these....thanks

Love your website!!!!!! Now about Got2b product site and coupons. I am driving myself crazy trying to get the coupons. Visited the site....found nothing. Tried your click at got2b-production.s3amazonaws.com/coupon.html ....nothing. Please help me get connected with this coupon.

I found $1 tearpad at the CVS display for Bayer Quick Release Crystals last week. These may be available at WAGS this week. If not, get the Q at CVS and purchase at WAGS this week.

Party Plannin Momma said...

Hi Collin,
Since the easy saver program ends today I wanted to let you know that if any one bought any other Glade products you can also get $1 rebate for them up to 4 items. Maybe you want to post something, as it is different than the lasting oil rebate. As I bought several Glades products and got $1 back for each. :D

Anonymous said...

Will 2 register rewards print out if you buy 2 packages of the Ecotrin in one transaction?
thanks!

Anonymous said...

Have the rebates ended for good or just temporarily??

LisaC said...

Anon-
You will only get one Ecotrin RR per transaction. If your Walgreens is easy going, they may let you do back-to back transactions.

Hip2Save said...

Yes, this is the last day of the EasySaver Rebates. They are gone for good!:(

However, like I posted above they will still be doing free after rebate items that will print out when you purchase a qualifying product. I will explain this further once I find out more details.

Hello,
How can the Asprin be free + .25 profit if the RR only prints out once?????

Hip2Save said...

Purchase 2 Ecotrin $4
Use 1 $2.25 coupon
Pay $1.75
Get back a $2RR
Final cost FREE + .25 moneymaker!

I hope that makes sense!:)

Also, if you have the $1 Ecotrin coupon from the 1/25SS you could use that too!

Deal Scenario:
Buy 2 for $4
Use 1 $2.25 coupon
Plus, the $1 coupon
Pay .75
Get back a $2RR
Final cost FREE + a $1.25 moneymaker!

I have a question. The Schick razors are on sale for 8.99 with a 3.00 RR. There is a 4.00 coupon, plus I have a buy one get one free coupon. Can you do the deal with both of the coupons making them 2 basically free?

avaught said...

toni -

you can only use 1 coupon per product.

Here would be your scenario:
Buy 2 Razors: 8.99 ea = 17.98
-8.99 BOGO (1st razor)
-4.00 Q (2nd razor)
= 4.99 +tax OOP

Get Back $3RR on 1 razor

Hope this helps!

When is the last day to get the free glade soy candles? Thanks Lisa

Hip2Save said...

Lisa,
Today is the last day!:(

LisaC said...

Don't forget your G.U.M. toothbrush coupons! They will be
2 twin packs of toothbrushes for $4, so with 2 of the $2.00 coupons, you can get 4 free toothbrushes!!!

Kate said...

About the Ecotrin: Can they not adjust the coupon to be $2 off when the register beeps? Wouldn't I be better off letting it beep and having them adjust it and making $2 profit?

Hip2Save said...

Kate,
Yes, that would be a better deal. If you're are comfortable asking the cashier to do this, then go for it!:)

Anonymous said...

Do you think the $2 internet coupon would work on the Listerine deal? I mean the coupon is for the Total care 500ml and it doesn't seem it's included in the buy 2/$8 get $4RR

Anonymous said...

Perfect timing on the Got 2BE and Nivea. I have two cousins graduating high school--I always buy them shower caddies, a bright colored bath towel and/or washcloths, and put together a big gift basket of hairspray, styling gel, mouse, shower gel, shaving lotion, etc. Great for getting them off to college! And a fairly inexpensive gift that looks a lot more expensive.

Kate said...

Whoa. So I went and got a ton of stuff at Walgreens just now and after all the coupons and RR, I came out AHEAD by $7.65. And I noticed when I got home that every transaction printed a $2 Ecotrin coupon. Whoa, whoa, whoa. So if I use that coupon on an Ecotrin and pay tax, does it still give me a RR?! And is that exploiting the system? =\ I want to do it, but I kinda think it's just ripping off GSK. But then again I just used OTHER manufacturere coupons on RR items. So was that not okay? !! Agh! I feel kinda bad!

Nicky said...

What page is the Ecotrin on. I paid 3.49 - 2Q. I can't find it in my paper. Would love my 1.49 back but have to prove it's on sale. FYI It gives back a $2 RR plus $2 to buy anothoer Ecotrin.

Rach said...

I love love love your blog! I just got done shopping at Wags, did 5 different transactions, and now have $27.50 worth of RR, AFTER buying all of my stuff! I will be updating my blog so if you'd like to see how, check it out! *it may take me 30 minutes or more to add everything!

I had trouble at Walgreens. They wouldn't take the Ecotrin coupon because it exceeded the price of the item. From what I can find on their coupon policies, they should have taken it for at least the price of the item. Is that right?

Anonymous said...

For folks looking for Nivea coupons, my CVS had little Nivea pamphlets by their body wash display (on an end cap). They had $1 coupons in them.

LisaC said...

Nicky-
The Ecotrin is on page 12 of the ad.
Kate-If yours printed out the same Ecotrin coupon mine did, it says its only good on 125 ct or larger. The Ecotrin that gives a RR is a 45 ct package.

I just wanted to say that I just went to my Walgreens and found some awesome deals on Clearance!! They had Biore products both regular and the “skin preservation” line. I had coupons from the Sunday paper a couple week ago $1.00/1 and $2.00/1(skin preservation line). They had Burt’s Bees 4 pack chap stick samplers for $2.49 and Alba chap stick for $0.84! They also had Welda skin care marked down from $24.99 to $6.49 and I had some $3.00/1 coupons someone gave me! They also had Neurogena skin care products on sale and I picked up some of those too because they were such great prices even without the coupons.
I was bummed that all the Nivea body washes were gone, but I kind of thought they would be.
I still got the Got2Be deal, the Scrubbing Bubbles deal, and the Rembrant toothpaste and mouthwash deal! (and a bunch of other stuff too!)
My total OOP was: 32.93 My total savings was: $144.70!
Thanks for your help!
What a great Walgreens trip!!

Hi Hip! Does this mean that I can go buy a Nivea body wash use the $1Q get $5RR, then turn around and get another bodywash use another $1 Q plus a filler item and use the $5RR to pay for it and STILL get yet anoth $5RR printout?
Will this work if I'm just doind the bodywash with a filler item a few times over?
Thank you!

crystal said...

great deal the ecotrin not only prints out a $2 rr but also a $2 off q

Hip2Save said...

Anonymous,
You will not be able to roll the same RR deals. Meaning if you pay with the Nivea RR to get another Nivea, the RR won't spit out again.
However, you can roll different RRs. Hope that makes sense.

Oh and yes, you are right about adding in filler items for your coupon to item ratio.

I'm still looking or $20 on Unilever products to get my free ham. Any ideas?

LisaC said...

Hi, I hope you don't mind me answering instead of Collin :)
You can use the Nivea RR to get another Nivea, but i won't print out another RR. It will recognize that its for Nivea, and it will cancel itself out.
You can try a scenario like this:
Buy your Nivea, get 5.00 RR. Then go buy two of the Got2B products, use 2 of the 2.00 off Got2B coupons AND the Nivea RR. Your total will be a little over $1.00, and you will get a $5.00 RR from the Got2B products. THIS one can be used for Nivea, and will produce another Nives $5.00 RR.
You can trade them in and out like that, but you can't use a RR to purchase another of the same product. You can, but it won't produce a RR. Does this make sense? I hope so!

Amber said...

Which $1 Bayer MFQ are you speaking of from the 3/22 SS? The one I see says for 24ct or larger. The crystals are a 4 pack. Is that the Q that you say will work?

Anonymous said...

Where are the $2 G.U.M. Q's found?

Anonymous said...

$2 GUM Qs were from quite some time back...they were an IP

Rach said...

Ok, I've got all of my posts up. It is a great example of how to roll RRs :) I haven't been doing this too long either. So you can all do it! :)
I serioulsy can't believe I made it out of the store will all of my stuff and STILL had $27.50 in RRs :) :) :)

I emailed Walgreen's corporate office because my local Walgreen's will not accept more than 1 RR in a transaction. Corporate had the local manager give me a phone call. He sounded ticked off that I had emailed corporate and then proceeded to inform me that it is Walgreen's rule to not allow more than one RR per transaction and that his employees are only doing their jobs when they refuse to take more than one RR in a transaction. It is very frustrating.

Did anyone try the Listerine deal?

Did the $2 internet coupon work on the Listerine deal? I mean the coupon is for the Total care 500ml and it doesn't seem it's included in the buy 2/$8 get $4RR

Hip2Save said...

Amber,
You are correct. I didn't realize the coupon was for the 24 ct size. I will go ahead and remove it.

However, I have heard that there are $1 Tear Pad coupons found at CVS and Walgreens for the Bayer Crystals.

I went to walgreens this morning and purchased the ecotrin I had to buy two and use one coupon the manager said the coupon could not exceed the product value, and to top it of the register reward that printed is specificly for $2 off my next ecotrin purchase of 100ct or more. So I can't even use it to get another free one this week cause the count is to low! I will be returning the ecotrin later this week.

Anonymous said...

if you try to do the rolling rewards with the got2b and Nivea be carefull not to confuse the register rewards when they print, they did not say on them what they were for, the Contuor meter says on the register reward from contour and breeze but the Got2b and Nivea did not say so it is easy to confuse the two

This was my first week trying the Walgreens RR roll (LOL!). I went to 2 different stores, though I probably could have done all of it at one, judging by the two cashiers I had. At the first one, I had my favorite cashier. She's definitely different, but always SOOOOO nice. She knew exactly what I wanted to do, and didn't complain about doing 3 transactions (I did Got2b, Nivea, and Rembrandt). She asked where I got the G2B Qs, because she uses it. So, I gave her a couple, and made her day, too.

The cashier at the other Wags saw me grabbing the Rembrandt, and asked me if I'd found everything else I was after - I knew I'd found a sister! She offered to ring me up at cosmetics. We hit a few snaffus with the Qs and RRs, but she was so GREAT about working through them to get everything to work! She even showed me that she had her own pile of stuff to get before she left that night!

I ended up with 2 hair gels, 2 hair lotions, 2 tubes of toothpaste, and 2 bottles of body wash. I didn't expect the Nivea to be so big! I'm going back several more times this week - these are 3 things we definitely use!

I just went to Walgreens, bought Ecotrin for $2, used the $2.25 cpn, and the register did not beep. Of course, I bought other items, so the total wouldn't be negative.

Sara said...

If I buy the Nivea and got2B in the same transaction, will it give me 2 seperate RRs? or do i need to seperate those transactions?

Sara said...

Nevermind, I just saw in your walgreens Q & A post that you can.
Thanks!

I went to Walgreens yesterday and bought the brawny paper towels with ad coupon, 2 zyrtec (2 $4 off coupons) and 6 of the hallmark wrapping paper with ad coupon .39 each these were my filler so I could use 3 RR ($10). After paying I got a $3RR for the Zyrtec and then a $10 RR from Johnson & Johnson. I'm confused because I didn't buy and Johnson & Johnson products. Do they track our spending by credit card number?

Hip2Save said...

Kim,
Wow! So you're saying that you bought only the items stated and received a $10 Johnson & Johnson Register Reward?!?

I'm confused too! I'm not sure what the heck triggered that!
