I would like the meaning of Parcel
this says on a paper that they wanted to deliver something but i was not here.The USPS is this the mail ladie.Or a truck that comes and delivers something to you.THANKS!
USPS is the regular mail person that brings you your mail everyday. A parcel is a package which means you were mailed a box that was too big to fit in your mailbox and/or it probably needs to be signed for. Just call or stop by your local post office and bring the note card they left.
