YES! I got mine Tuesday in PA (via regular USPS). I saw the package and though, oh no, what did we spend money on now and was thrilled that it was the freebie! I also got two Walmart free samples that day!
The bag is lined and perfect for my girls beach towels. I'm so excited to use it! And the Aloe gel was great a few days ago when we had a heat wave here.
