Beware if you need to have your items shipped, you will be chared a separate shipping fee minimum for each item if the items are separated-$9.95 I believe.

The closest Office Depot is 100 miles away and I was going to be going by there next Sunday, or close to it. But they would not hold the item longer than four hours after you order it online, to be picked up at the store...and the sale ends Saturday. So I told him thanks, I would do my business at Staples!

I just called Office Depot's main number and they said it's standard procedure for their stores to hold an item for 48 hours to give the customer time to pick it up.

Thanks Anonymous, that is very nice to know. The person I got on the phone to place an order was not too pleasant, and when I called the store itself, as I was instructed to do, they were absolutely unwilling to help me.

The store personnel stated exactly what the 800# stated, as far as holding it 4 hours. I explained my situation and said even if I ordered it on Sat. it would do me no good then by that policy. He said, "That's right. We can only hold it 4 hours."

I am so happy to know that their policy *should* make sense, and I may follow up on it if you don't mind giving me the corporate number. I do believe in reporting when someone is in error, as that is what I would want someone to do if/when I was in a mngmt position. Otherwise you never know what is really going on. So I should! Otherwise I would just continue with Staples as I usually do.:)

The T-Shirt Factory Deluxe has 2 rebates: One an Office Depot Rebate (but the fine print says "rebate funded by manufacturer" and the other a Manufacturer's Rebate (there's a code on the box).

On my flyer, it did not indicate this and I asked the cashier why the rebate receipt that printed was only for $20 back and not $30. I was worried that both rebates would ask for the UPC and yup, I was right. Now I don't know what to do.

The ad is really misleading and I don't think it was right.

The # I called was 1-800-463-3768. I told the automated menu operator "I need to talk to someone" and when it asked me about the nature of my inquiry I repeated "I need to talk to someone" and it connected me with a person. The call only took a couple minutes.

I'm sitting here using my new laptop table that you told us about here. It is really nice and sturdy and holds up to 100lbs! It was easy to put together too so thank you.

Hi Jem, If you got to the Office Depot website, there is a rebate center and click under FAQs, they tell you how to deal with the two rebates for the one item, so you CAN still submit BOTH rebates to make the software free. I also found that out after I sent my mother to pick one up for me. But it SHOULD work out! Good luck

Q) I bought a product that has more than one rebate. One is an Office Depot rebate and the other is a manufacturer's rebate. What do I do when both rebates need the original UPC?
A) You may send a copy of the UPC with the Office Depot rebate and send the originals to the manufacturer. Be sure to keep another set of copies for your records.

I went today and bought the simple scrapbook program for a friend who loves scrapbooking. Figure great b-day gift for her. Now I realied I have to cut the box to get the upc code to send for rebate. What are your thoughts Hip2Save and readers about giving something as a gift with the upc cut out. I guess now it kind of looks lame. Not sure if I can give it as a gift now. What are your thoughts??! Any feed back would be great.
