those hooks at wal-mart are 10$ maybe plastic are 2.98 at target. but i doubt the metals are... i checked this at walmart because i figured price would be similar
I saw the same thing a couple of weeks ago at Target when they were on sale. The metal ones were much more expensive than the plastic hooks.

Yes, the plastic 3M Comman Hooks are normal price of $2.94 at Target(the metal ones are $10+). Anyway, the $2.50 coupon works! Even tho the coupon says for "metal hooks" --- it works. I bought 4 of them at 44 cents each.

My target has been real picky lately on the coupons and pricing!!!
I've not used the metal coupon on the plastic because that's not what the coupon call for. There is a coupon on that page of coupons that is for the plastic ones. These are not on sale at the Target in Merrillville, Indiana. The cheapest metal ones were regular price of $4.79. I scanned at the price checker to be sure.
Using the metal coupon on the plastic one would be coupon fraud. That's why Target is being picky because people aren't following the rules.
I was in WAGS today for some quick shopping and thought I'd compare prices of the metal hooks. At WAGS they are $5-6, so this coupon could be helpful there. This was in the Portland, OR area
My Metal Hooks at Target were more like $12.98. I want to know about the $2.98 - maybe some stores were running a special.
I am glad I came back to this post - I see that the coupon works on the plastics. Oh well, another trip to Target.
Purchasing the plastic ones with the coupon for the metal ones would be dishonest and would not be in accordance with what the manufacturer stated the q was for.
