The wet ones coupon is for canisters or singles, not the travel packs. I've noticed MANY times that the coupons that are posted (either by this site or another) are not usable on the deal scenarios. With that said, I love your site and have saved tons of $$$. Thanks!

I was using internet coupons this morning, which has never been a problem at my Walmart, when the customer service manager came over and told the clerk that the "newest" corporate policy was to only allow one internet coupon. I THINK she meant for multiple purchases of any certain item. Like the lint rollers, I had 2 coupon and two rollers, she said they should only take one. Their reason being, people photo-copying coupons and abusing the system. She said they had been told that the online grocery printing services (smartsource, redplum, etc.) would onl allow one print of each coupon, so they knew if you had more you had to be photocopying. I told her no, you could print 2 coupons, and when you had reached the allowed limit, it would read "print limit reached."
I'm afraid it's only going to get worse! Hope Not!

Anon.,
Oops! You are correct. I Haven't had my coffee yet this morning and assumed when it said singles that meant the travel pack. I will go ahead and update the post with this info.

My trick with Walmart and IP coupons is to print them in Color. I have not had any issues since.

I use to print the coupons in B&W to save ink and money but I would always get hassled saying I was photocopying them when I really wasn't.

Apparently there are some fake velveeta coupons out there. My Wal-Mart had to get a manager approval. If they think you are giving them copies, show them that they each have a unique number on them.

I ALWAYS have trouble at Walmart, and since I can get better deals elsewhere, I almost never shop there any more. I have 4 of the $4 Pace coupons and tried to use them over the weekend (since others reported being able to get overage at WM) and had what was possibly the stupidest couponing experience I've ever had. First, the Customer Service Manager accused me of coupon fraud by photocopying the coupons. I showed here that they were in color and had unique numbers. Then she said the policy was to allow only 1 coupon per purchase. I explained that's what I was doing (4 items and 4 coupons) and she said "right, only 1 per transaction". When I explained the difference between purchase and transaction, she said "right, one per purchase or transaction, they're the same thing". Then she told me that she couldn't take the coupons because they weren't on the "coupon list". I asked if she could get the list and look at it since these were definitely valid coupons from Pace and explained how I got them. She said she didn't know where the list was. Then I asked how she knew these weren't valid since she hadn't looked at the list. She said she would take one *this time* (as if she were doing me a favor!) Needless to say, I left without the Pace and called the Store Manager this morning. He's giving me a $10 GC for my trouble and will be talking to her about their coupon policy.

I have had cashiers take my coupons and go check to see if they were "on the list." Apparently Walmart has set out a letter with examples of fraudulent coupons. I would love to see one-simply to see if they were really obvious fakes, or if they were that difficult to distinguish from a legit coupon. Who ever is making them is making it really hard on the rest of us!

I tried to use the IP Evercare Lint Roller coupon the other day and the manager wouldn't take it because it had not redemption address on it. I only have black ink so am wondering if it was supposed to print in color? I think it is odd in the first place that coupons.com has this coupon on there if the store doesn't know how to get reimbursed for it.

I just went to Walmart and bought the lint roller and pantyliners and some soap. Had no problems at all. I print my coupons out in color though. The cashier was actually amazed that my total was only $1 ! She asked me, "How did you walk out of Walmart with only spending one dollar?!" lol I was happy!

I checked your site about 4 hours ago before running out the door to Wal-Mart. I got the wetones coupons and did use them on singles---I didn't know there was a travel pack----I thought that is what singles are---------anyway the register took them with no problem and with 6 cents overage. Also got 5 lint rollers with 15cents overage and 4 pantiliners free. Also used that velveeta coupon----although I messed up and only used one so I'll need to do the other another day----anyway price matched them to 99cents each so I got two for 48cents total! Some of mine were in color and some in black and white with no problems either way! Thanks for a great site!

Thanks for the Wet Ones coupon link. I am almost out and I figured I'd have to buy them without a coupon. Perfect timing! Love your site. I appreciate all of the time and effort you put into your deals.

Ok, I am new to this. I am having a blast BUT....what does SS mean and RP after some of the coupons?
Thank you for doing this.

LisaC said...

Anon-
SS and RP stand for SmartSource and RedPlum-the name of the coupon inserts in Sunday papers.
Welcome to the coupon world! Be careful, it can become addicting :)

I was just at wal-mart and they have colgate toothpaste for $1. Pair it with the dollar off coupon that we printed out a few days ago and got a free tube of toothpaste.

For some reason, I cannot find the Evercare lint rollers at my Walmart. Where are they located in your stores? I looked in the travel section of HBA and in domestics with other lint rollers.
