Misti~ Have you tried going to the link in a different browser. Sometimes when FireFox doesn't work for me Internet Explorer does or vice versa.
I dont actually have firefox, is that something I can download on my pc? Im a computer idiot lol!
FireFox is a browser you can download. I prefer it to Internet Explorer. I think it is more user friendly. It is free. Just go to FireFox.com
