It's Thursday, which means you should be able to check the Kmart ad online and see if in fact your store is participating in doubles! Even if you've already been told your store is not, I would still recommend checking the ad.Oh and if you can believe it Jacksonville, NC is actually NOT participating again!:( I guess the customer service rep I spoke with didn't have a clue what she was talking about!

umm... but seriously... I just checked 20 different stores.. none participating. So I started putting in random towns to check and none of them are participating either. Are we sure the ad is accurate?

I called cust. serv. again. She told me it did not matter if our ad said double coupons on it. All stores in MO are participating. So, don't bother with checking your ad, just call CS.

I'm pretty ticked. I emailed KMart and got an email back saying ALL South Carolina stores were participating. However, the circular for my store doesn't indicate doubles. Which am I supposed to trust?

I was also told yes, and the ads don't show double coupons. But some people have reported the same thing, and when they called their store, they said there would be ads in store, and that yes they were doubling. So, try calling your store.

I got an e-mail from corporate a couple days ago saying all MN stores were participating, but after looking today it's not in the ad. So I called my local store and they said they are often left in the dark until Saturday/Sunday and they don't always advertise it in the flier. She suggested I call back Saturday/Sunday to find out for sure.
hip...I'm also in Jax, NC....called the store and the person who answered the phone didn't have any idea if they were participating or not?? They don't seem too well informed at corporate, either...ppl telling me different things. Maybe we should just try it out for 1 item, and see what happens?

According to the on-line flyers for my area my stores are NOT participating. However, I have e-mailed and called customer service both of which told me that ALL stores in Massachusetts ARE participating. I would call customer service if your flyer isn't showing the deal. Good luck!
Mine in Salisbury, NC is! The best way to confirm if your store is doing doubles or not is to call Kmart corporate office.
My ad did not show the double either, but I am going to hold out hope since corporate said yes we are in Utah. I will call the store this weekend to double check. **fingers crossed**
I am in NY and from my source, all NY's were to be included this time, however the one 2 miles from my house does not state it on the flyer! The Kmart that ALWAYS doubles is of course again...but this one is 40 minutes away. We will see, I will be a Kmart right down the road at exactly 9am Sunday morning to do a "test". If it works, what an awesome week this will be ;)
Try calling customer service again. My ads did not show the double coupons on it, but I was told monday that ALL UTAH locations were participating. So I called again this morning and they said they ARE participating, but for some reason they are not in the ads. So yours is most likely still participating!!

Kmart's Print-at-Home Internet Coupon Acceptance Policy
Effective March 1, 2009, Kmart will accept industry-standard, secure print-at-home coupons. This will provide additional benefits and incentives to our customers to help them save their money at Kmart.
Due to the continuing shift in utilizing online facilities, allowing the redemption of print at home coupons is becoming a larger more important aspect to the budget wise customer. But there is a significant risk in fraudulent alerted coupons. It is critical that the following guidelines be understood and followed to identify coupons that will not be accepted by the Kmart register operators.
Kmart can only accept print-at-home coupons if they scan properly at checkout. Coupons will be rejected if they appear distorted or blurry, altered in any way, or are obvious duplicates.
Kmart will not accept "FREE product" (no purchase required) print-at-home coupons. It is currently an industry practice not to produce print-at-home manufacturer's coupons for free product. Buy-one-get-one-free coupons and other values that have a purchase requirement are acceptable.

I found the coupon for $5 off $50. It expires on 6/6/09...the day before the sale starts. I had to sign up for their e-mails and it was e-mailed to me today. It's the same coupon I'd used for past sales that others had posted.

The BigK-Mart in Corinth,MS never participates in double coupons.
I am in NC and emailed Kmart. I got this reply below that all NC stores are included. However when I called a store, they told me no. I guess I will and I printed down my email to take with me.

Even after I sent an email to Customer Service and was told that ALL stores in Iowa are participating, my local said. no. I called corporate, and they said the only stores in Iowa that are participating are in Davenport. Hopefully they will get their act together next time. FRUSTRATING!
Orem, UT is not participating. When I called them they said that they were not "selected" to participate... : (
I emailed corportate who said, according to their records, all stores expect those listed were participating. I spent an hour and half tracking down the deals and choosing the 10 best. When I checked out, NO DOUBLING. The cashier said she couldn't do anything, that if they were doubling, the computer would take it off. I send corporte a reply to their email asking for a gift card for the amount of the doubling. It's only $7.50, but I spent an hour and half!!!
