after you add the item to your cart, it says in a little box, "checkout" or "checkout with promo code". Choose the latter.

When you put the item in your cart they ask you if you have a promo code. Not sure where it is at if you wait til later.

When i checked out, if offered me a trial offer with a 10.00 rebate on my purchase plus a 10.00 JCP gift card. I am VERY leary of trial offers, but after reading your success, decided to give this one a try...I am putting the cancellation info in my computer calendar to remind me in 20 days!

Sorry for the conusion. You will get a $5 sign up bonus that will go into your ebates account for registering on their site. Every 3 months they'll send you a check with the amount you've earned from making cash back on online purchases and will also send the $5 sign up bonus.
why is my order saying TBD and i have to add credit card info. Is that normal. I am new to ebates too, so i qualified for free shipping due to the 5.00. Am i missing something. i dont like TBD and entering credit card info, because they can charge me the whole amount, right?

I just wanted to thank you for this one. I just picked up an $80 coat for youngest daughter for under $12 after s&h. The best part is she will be able to wear it for atleast two years(I had to go 1 size up since they didn't have her size). Thanks again!
