As you all may know, Walgreens usually has quite a few great monthly Register Reward deals. Since it's the start of a new month, well, we have to start fresh. I will be adding new monthly Register Reward deals to the weekly deals as I find out about them. To get started, here is a fantastic monthly RR deal that Kim has brought to my attention:
Buy 3 Reach Ultraclean Toothbrush, Reach Ultraclean Floss or Listerine products priced at $3 each and get a $3 Register Reward (on 3)! Mix and match whatever 3 Listerine/Reach products you like and then use 3 $2 coupons from Coupons.com (Use zip 90210 if you don't see the $2 coupons). Final cost for all 3 products-- FREE!

My 6/14 SS insert had a $2 Reach tooth brush coupon.
Is this RR deal just for this week or all month?
Will the monthly deals from June still work until the 1st or did they all end yesterday?
I just got my Listerine and to make the deal even sweeter they had some smaller bottles attached to the mouthwash, not all flavors had them attached.
How do you print more than one coupon? It told me my limit had been reached after I printed one Listerine $2 coupon.
Same thing happened with the $1 colgate coupon...my printer actually jammed, and I needed to reprint, but the site wouldn't let me.
How do you guys get around this?
I searched for the coupon, but it is now only $1 off. Bummer!! Still a good deal though really.
In response to Nicci-I don't know how to get around that. I had set up to print a bunch of those great Kraft coupons last month and ran out of ink. I missed most of the coupons because of it.
Danielle,
I just checked Iheartwags.com for you and the June RRs ended 6/27...if you want to check it out, scroll down the page a little and you will see them listed on the right hand side.
Nicci,
The only way of getting 2 more of each coupon is if you have another computer to print from, or you could ask a friend or family member to print them...another good place to print coupons is your local library. At my library, you do need a library card, which is easy to get if you don't have one. If they have a lot of computers that aren't being used, you can probably jump around from computer to computer and print more...I never did this, so I don't know for sure how it will work, it's just a suggestion. There is a small fee to print coupons from the library computer...at least there is at my library.
the library idea is a good one, but it doesn't work. you aren't allowed to download anything, and you would have to download the coupon generator. nice try though!
My wags ad has it 2/$9 - $3RR? Is the ad wrong or will this be an upcoming deal?
DrPrimo,
Sales are regional. It's always best to look at the ad, if you get it delivered to you, or check on line, before you go shopping. Last week there was deodorant listed for $1.99...in my ad, it was $2.99.
It would be nice if we all had the same prices.
DrPrimo,
I had the large 1 Liter bottles 2/$9 also (Phoenix) but they had a promo size of 1.5 Liters for the sale price! 1.5L for $1/bottle...not bad!
I'm so glad that my Walgreens is so good about couponing. They actually get excited and love to see how much I saved. Today my coupon, wags etc savings was $78.00 and I received $13 in RR. I did have a bit of a problem. I bought the wrong size of the Listerine so I didn't get an RR - the confusion was they had the smaller size for 3 for $9 and the large were 2 for $9 but they didn't have a sign on the big ones. The big ones were the ones with the RR. I also didn't get an RR for the dry idea. The manager checked my stuff, gave me $2.00 cash for the Dry Idea and then exchanged and re-did my Listerine!
My Wags also had Listerine with travel sizes attached but the deal I did was with the Reach Toothbrushes..
They had the Reach Toothbrush deal on the value packs which contained 2 so I got 6 toothbrushes for FREE!
fran and anonymous...
at our library, you are can't download anything either. but for some reason the coupon generator has not been blocked. ive been able to hop around computers. and for the kraft coupons was able to print 3 per page for 10 cents a page... or 3 cents per coupon! it was well worth it.
i wasn't even going to try to print coupons until someone suggested it from one of the blogs' comments. so try it before you rule libraries out.
Frugal Friend, I'm glad it worked for you. When I suggested it earlier, I should have thought about not being able to install the coupon printer...I completely forgot about that, as I don't use the library computers much anymore.
And 10 cents a page isn't bad at all...good for you:)
I just figured out how to print more than the limit on Coupons.com. Just use a different zip code and it works. I did the 90201 to print out 2 of the listerine coupons and then used my own zip code to print out 2 more.
hmm, that zip code thing doesn't work on my computer.
What are you doing differently?
Are you also using a different computer or the same one?
Laury-
I don't think that works....the site will still recognize that it is the same computer...
Thanks for sharing this deal. My ad does not show the Reach toothbrushes. I'll be sure to get in on it. AND...I've printed the $2 Listerine Qs!
hi there - wanted to let you know that at my Wags the Reach toothbrush deal was a money maker. Reach Ultraclean medium toothbrushes were on clearance for $2.67 each. I used 3 x $2 coupons and still got the 3RR. they were also some with $1 peelies mixed in (i left those because i had better coupons). They were hanging with the regular toothbrushes, not in the clearance section. hope everyone finds these!! :)
Just wanted to share the happy story of a 25 year old first time couponer who LOVES this site.
I just got back from a shopping trip where I spent less than $15, and saved more than $30 AND received $5 in RR for my next trip. I purchased the juice deal, toothpaste deal, soup deal, cereal deal, pringles deal and listerine deal (2/$9 I couldn't find the 3/$9 in my store).
All this adds up to a very happy kid who is starting to discover the great value of well placed coupons.
