this must be an old link as it won't let me use it. Says I've already gotten one, which I have.
It worked for me. I don't think I ever signed up for this one before, though.
I was able to request another one ever though I already received one previously.
works if you use another email address.
You have to use a different e-mail address than the one you used before, then it will work.
I've requested this sample several times in the past but have never received it :(
It allowed me to put my information in, so let's try again! :)
It won't let me use it either, wants a new email address. It must only be for those who didn't get one the first time.
