I kept getting the error message so I went directly to www.stives.com and registered with the site and signed up for email updates and then after I finished my full profile. I went back to their home page and clicked the link at the bottom for the free sample and used the 7704310360 UPC code and it worked. Good luck! JoanK

It's 11:30am and I just got mine and some for family and friends! It does take awhile. Thanks Rita! I got error but clicked on pic. Once you get on info page just hit back button to reload. If you get error after putting info in just hit back button again to reload. You may have to do this several times before it goes through. Thats what happened to me!
