New Rebates: Pantene & Tyson Skillet Creations!

There are 2 new rebates available:

Pantene Pro V has a new money back guarantee available. You can submit a rebate for 2x the amount of the purchase price (up to $12). Please note this is a satisfaction guarantee, so make sure when you submit this there is something you don't like about the product. Just go on over here and follow the directions to get your refund. This is valid until June 2010, so you'll have lots of time to test out the various Pantene products that are available. (Thanks, SavingsMakesCents!)

Also, there is a free after rebate available for Tyson Skillet Creations! The best part is that this is NOT a satisfaction guarantee, so even if you like this product-- you can still submit for the rebate! Plus, use the $1 coupon from the 6/7SS to cover the cost of postage and tax! Final cost will most likely be a FREE dinner! (Thanks, UtahDealDiva!)

Has anyone seen the price of this product? The rebate actually is for less than $5,and the rebate covers the price up to $4.99. I'll definitely be printing the coupon, and it's a great deal even if its a little more out of pocket than free.

I've seen them for $6-$8. Not sure what they would cost on sale.

There is also a $1.00 coupon where you go to get the rebate form...click "promotions", or go to tyson.com and it is right there on the home page.

I wish I could try these but my 3 tear old can't have milk and they all seem to have some in them. :(

I love your site and all the wonderful deals you offer us. But telling your readers to pretend not to like something so they can get a satisfaction guarantee refund is taking advantage of the system. It's just not right to do that.

anon, #3. she def didt tell anyone to do the rebate like that. she clearly stated make sure there is something you don't like about it. not make something up. Anon #2 that stinks about the milk products, my 2 yr old is also allergic to all dairy. I was goig to get this as it is on sale this week at my grocery store. now i guess i am not. :(

I agree with Anon #3. I felt like it was dishonest. It's a refund, not a rebate. Readers would most likely buy Pantene JUST to get their money back (not to try the product) which is the dishonest part.

I still dont think she was in the wrong here. she clearly stated its if you are dissatisfied with the product. If people choose to be dishonest thats on them . She wasnt telling anyone to make up anything false. She posts links for internet coupons...people copy those and try to use them...should she not post them because some people have no morals? No, she is posting information for a variety of people. I hate pantene and only buy it if its free or a MM, which I give to other people cause i dont use it myself, so if i had paid for that product and used it, I would want my money back.

When I 1st read the the post on the Pantene satisfaction guarantee, I felt it was dishonest also...but I went back and read it again and it really sounds like she is just making the readers aware of the opportunity to try new pantene products. So Actually, she is doing Pantene a free advertisement.....MY CUP IS 1/2 FULL...not 1/2 empty.....

Guys~
I'm sorry, but sometimes after reading some of the comments, I feel like there are people LOOKING for something to complain about, or trying to find fault. Why? If you don't feel comfortable using a certain coupon, or don't agree with money back guarantees, fine. Great. Wonderful. But don't try to find a way to turn your feelings around and make it look as if Collin is encouraging dishonesty. She is always very clear about how she feels, and leaves it up to you to form your own opinion. PLEASE keep your negative feelings to yourself!

I was not trying to be negative at all. I was not name calling or accusing, I was just stating how I felt toward the post. I'm sorry if it came across that way. I am not looking for an argument or trying to find things to be negative about. I am in no way saying anything bad about you, Collin. I appreciate you and everything you do for this site. I actually LOVE this site. But I just know that sometimes in our (my own) excitement to get a deal, sometimes we may try to bend the rules in a way that could make us as deal-grabbers get a bad rap from companies. So for those of you who are frustrated at us who felt uncomfortable about the post, try to understand where we are coming from. We're not trying to ruin your fun or stomp on the joys of great deals, because we love them too. As for the last comment from Anon #4, you are right. Since I do not agree with the rebate/refund, I will not participate this time.
