Mine went thru fine. was able to get all coupons and samples.I also registered a long time ago and hadn't requested anything since, so maybe there is a waiting time between requests?

Thanks. I got a couple of different coupons than you got. I didn't get the Crest Whitestrips, or the Charmin coupons, but I did get $1.00 Aussie, and $2.00 Venus Embrace...it does state, while supplies last.
Also, there was a separate $1.00 Crest Toothpaste coupon...this is a separate form to fill out.
Thanks for posting this -- i missed the last one, and am looking forward to the coupons and samples in the mail! Esp. the Whitestrips and a chance to get the Tide stain releaser for cheap if there's some ridiculous sale!
