My Target has Biore night serum marked down to $2.34. The best part...there are hang tags on these for $2 off!
These weren't on an end cap, but in the Biore section.
I was in Target last night, they have softsoap bodywash marked down to $3.17 and $1/1 target peelies on them (ours had at least 12 bottles), pair it with the $2/1 we printed on coupons.com and I got 2 bottles for $.34!
the razors arent on sale at our target.
Why is Target such a pickle with coupons? I used the two 25 cents coupons with the Charmin and Bounty but the cashier would not take the $1.50 Target coupon. I had him call over another cashier, who also told me no. So, I took my receipt and coupon over to Customer Service and they gave me back my $1.50. Took a little work, but came out free. Thanks for the tip!!

i went to target today and spent 2.36 on 27.00 worth of items. My cashier which was a guy (more friendly than girls,I think) took all my travel item coupons and the ones that beeped, entered manually with no problems at all. I found the soap ensembles on clearance for 2$,listerene with the cups for$2, kashi,cesars,and true north almost free. love those coupons!!!!!!!!!
I paired the tyson frzen chichen coupon with the man coupon and got the bag for 2.99 for the 20 oz bag my boys weere happy at lunch today.
My razors were not on sale either. I told the cashier the price of $4.99 and she did a price overide for me!!!
I cant find the Charmin To Go at my Target :(
I could not find Charmin also! Too bad. I looked with travel, with toilet paper, everywhere. I got the Softsoap ensembles for $3 with the $2 target q and a .75 peelie they were .25. I think there were also some printables somewhere. If anyone knows that would be great. I found a $2 but it would not print for me. this would make for overage. Softsoap ensembles are marked to $3 @ Target. This included the 2pk refills or single dispensers. I used the $2 ensembles ip and $2 Target q to get this free with $1 overage. Also was able to get the razors. Before coupons $55, after coupons $13 +3 tax. I picked up (5) twin packs of Softsoap ensembles and (6) Gillette razors, a Coke and (2) plastic lunch containers (summer 50% clearance)
The Target I went today told me I can't use the $1.5 Target coupon on them and the coupon CANNOT be used on the Charmin ToGo cos:
1, it's a trial/travel size
2, the coupon is for toilet paper (which would be what it is in the picture on the coupon - the big packs)
3, It's over the amount of the product after coupons (my paper has the $1/2 Charmin and $1/2 Bounty instead of $0.25.
sigh... Maybe I'll have to try another Target :(

I had a similar experience using another coupon at Target. First the cashier said I couldn't use it because the item didn't look exactly like the picture on the coupon, even though I pointed out that it said "any". Then she said I couldn't use the coupon because it would result in 3 cents overage. I reminded her that the Target coupon policy allows for adjusting the value of the coupon. Then she said I couldn't use it because the product would be free "and you can't be getting things for free". She called a manager over, and the manager agreed with her! It wasn't worth arguing over one coupon, so I let it go. I have always found Target to be the most challenging place to use coupons.
Diana and Anon--Don't give up. Contact corp to obtain your own coupon policy and take it with you. If you know you are right, then DON'T back down! Cashiers and mgrs just do not understand coupons. Also, check out Collin's post about dealing with Target. Do not let these idiots win! (Sorry, if that was harsh to call them idiots, but sometimes they really act that way!)
I agree! Don't let them win! And they try to make us feel bad for being smart and using coupons at all - as if we're taking $ out of their own pockets! I even get this from a my regular checker at CVS sometimes... Makes me want to throw away my huge coupon envelope I carry with me everywhere (just in case) but then I think its like a stack of cash and just can't do it. It takes a heap of patience and perseverance to do this coupon thing.
BTW - the Fusion Razors at the SuperTarget I just visited are $8.99 - no where near the price you guys are seeing it at. Same for the Whisp toothbrushes - they were over $6.00. Not a good deal even with the coupons. Humph.
Okay girls, I have a reference # with Target corporate. I am trying to stay with it but it's tough.
Today, I went with Morning star q's. They said no, no, so I went over to customer service. She was so rude. She threw the coupons at me and said you cannot use target and manu.. I pulled out my letter with Betty's from Corp.# on it and then she said "We don't take super target q's". I called corporate but couldn't get thru. You have to go thru 4 menu's and then you get a guy from India and when you give your ref. # then they put you thru. It took too long and they were super mad. I didn't get the items. My legs were shaking. I got home and called corporate and this time with my ref. # I got Katy and told her. She said they should take Super Target q's at any of their stores. I told her it would be easy to buy them from her or Betty.
I told her I couldn't go back unless she had the manager call me and tell me it was O.K. She put me on hold called the District manager and came back and said I could go back over and get my Morning Star. I did and I got them. Isn't that a lot of trouble for some veggie burgers but I am trying to win a fight for all of you. LOL I told you before I am the drama queen.
Don't throw your coupon folder away because then they win. I agree with ~N. It takes a heap of patience and perseverance to do this coupon thing.
