I love this coupon when it comes out -- my son (severe eczema) uses WAG's brand of aquaphor ointment($12.99 vs. $16.99). I buy two of the jars and use the $5 off coupon. It's a winner in my book! Thanks for the heads up!

Pull Ups are not pictured in the ad, but it says diapers or training pants so I will give it a shot tomorrow!!!

I have used this coupon before the manufacturer coupons with no problems if you just hand it in that order

does anyone know if this coupon can be used for filling up your ink cartridges. I have two that needs to be filled, plus I'll buy more stuff to reach the $25.

I completely LOVE your blog and deals and make use of them often. But I am VERY curious about something....how in the world do you have time to do all this with three kids at home??!! Do you not require much sleep or are your children of school age? I am amazed and baffled by how much information you are able to post on a daily basis. Wow!

Anu,
I don't see why you can't use the coupon on cartridge refills...I would ask first, just to make sure.

I just did this deal today because I wasn't paying attention that the $5 off coupon starts tomorrow! Ahhhh. Oh well, still good deal with the RR's and coupons :)

Maven of Savin,
Funny, I just tried to leave a scenario on your site, and I messed up, so here goes.

I'm sure none of us needs another blood glucose machine, but if you are having trouble trying to use the $5.00 coupon, you could get 2 Nutra Shield and 1 TRUE2go machine (page 11) for $9.99 with a full rebate on box, plus something else for $3.03. Total will be $35.00, minus $10.00 (2 $5.00 Nutra Shield coupon), bringing your total to $25.00...then minus $5.00 Wags coupon= $20.00 OOP, plus you get a $10.00 RR, and $9.99 rebate...that makes it even or free after RR and rebate. I hope that makes sense.

Completely on this subject: I just wanted to let everyone whose is doubting that they will receive their easybakeware order to not give up hope. I ordered mine on April 16th and just received it today. I had given up hope getting it after I read that some people contacted customer service and said that they had to pay the $7.95 for shipping since they canceled their offer. Well I am happy to say that I got mine and I canceled the trial offer the same day. I also did it 3 times that same day as it said I could and I did receive my three items and only paid $3.00. Time to stock up for some great "inexpensive" Christmas gifts.

The Walgreens coupon states "$25. or more before taxes and after all manufacturer and Walgreens coupons and discounts". That means you will have to spend $4.02 more than the proposed scenario....

mathmomof2 said...

Anon,
Which scenario is $4 more? Please be more specific.
Thanks!

If you meant the one Hip2Save posted it is $25.98 before you use the 5 off 25 coupon so it is fine. The coupon states $25 after all "other" discounts meaning not including the actual 5 off 25 coupon...HTH

Question - I made a purchase at Walgreens and a coupon printed out at the register. It says "Manufacturer coupon" but it also says "redeemable at Walgreens." Can this be used at other stores that don't accept competitor's coupons? Is it only suggesting I redeem it at Walgreens, or can I only redeem it at Walgreens? Thanks!!

This may be a silly question but can someone tell me how the ink refills work? Do you have special cartridges or do they refill the name brand cartridges? Thank you.

Dana,
You bring your empty cartridge to Walgreens, and they refill it at the photo center...not all cartridges can be refilled...they will be able to tell you by your cartridge #. I have heard of them leaking and ruining a printer. I have an HP printer and refilled cartridges are not recommended. After they fill it, they run a test to make sure it will work.

FRAN,
That was the easiest scenario I ever did at Wags. I got the Nutra Shield, True2go (even comes with 10 test strips), Speedstick and 2 salt. It cost me .96 after rr's.

fran said...

Jackie,
That's great...I'm glad it worked for you.

I have used the refills for my hp printer without a problem. I have an HP officejet 5610 all-in-one. It does copies, faxes, and scans. I have put refills in from wags at least twice without a problem. Hope that helps. :)

Thanks for the great deal! I did it today with 2 $2 pull ups & 2 $5 nutrashield coupons, the $5 wags coupon (and a pack of M & Ms for my little boy as a filler item!) and it worked like a charm. Just discovered this site and I am checking it several times a day. You saved me a bundle @ Target & WalMart this week...my cashiers about fell over when they saw everything I got for less than $5!

thanks for posting this...i wasn't going to go until i, too, realized i needed an ink cartridge refilled! i was able to get the following for $7.66:

1 ink cartridge refill
3 mini highlighters
3 2-pk Reach toothbrushes
1 pk index cards
2 pkgs sheet protectors
2 pkgs 5 tabbed dividers!!!

YMMV, FOR ALL THESE SCENARIOS, PRICES AT WAGS ARE REGIONAL AND DIFFER FROM STATE TO STATE!
