That's funny you mentioned that. I just wrote about starting WF coupon matchups on a regular basis too. I had so much fun there yesterday and really need to stay away from Kraft coupons lol.

Maybe we can work together?

This would be perfect! Quality of the deals is just as important as the price and quanity. Thanks! Love your site!

I love Whole foods!!!! Posting deals would be great!

yes! i'd love an excuse to go there more!
at least at the one i go to, they hand out samples every saturday (lots of them!) which makes it a fun trip-samples are the easiest way to convince my fiance to grocery shop with me.

Yes, Yes, Yes!!
Although the prices may be a little higher than non organic/local stores, I think the quality and peace of mind is worth the little extra. I've never tried Whole Foods because It's such a hike to get to one but I would love to try them out. If I knew of some deals in advance maybe I would make the hike and stock up on the sale items. I've been trying to do the Kate Gosselin thing and aim at atleast 30% organic for my child. Mostly I've been rumaging Krogers marked down organics.

I've been buying these Santa Cruz Lemonade's at Payless (kroger) for weeks now. They have it on sale for I think either $1.25 or $1.50. It doesn't seem like the sale is ever going to end!

Anyway, they are the same price and my payless has these organic coupon books right in the organic/health food section. The coupon inside is for $0.75 that makes them like $0.75 each for all of you who don't have a Whole Foods nearby.

Try the Strawberry lemonade!! It's soooooo good!

Sarah said...

I would love it too! Its our regular grocery store in NYC.

Also, there is no limit on the coupons! I grabbed like 6 books and ripped out my coup's, and Payless had no prob accepting them all. Everytime I go there I pick up a few more books and grab a couple Strawberry ones.

I would LOVE to see regular whole foods deals - the only problem is the prices vary SO much by area. For example..in So Cal the price on the Santa Cruz lemonade is 3 for $4 not 2 for $3. It's so annoying how they do that! And although everyone thinks Whole Foods is more expensive, I've actually been comparing prices on a lot of items lately and have found significantly lower prices on a lot of things there compared to Kroger and Safeway, I guess it depends on what you're getting.

Of course say my horse

I never step in a whole foods because I imagine is a pricey store like trader joe's

But with coupons the things change
anybody know if they take FOOD STAMPS??

Jami STL said...

Yes please. I LOVE this site, but don't feed my family prepackaged foods so many of the food deals are lost on me. I like WF just can't usually afford to shop there, if there is a way to make it more affordable I'm definately interested.

I would LOVE deals from Whole Foods!!!!!!

Hello,
I was also wondering about the Foodstamps. It's really embarassing asking this question so I am not using my usual name, but yes, I was also wondering this. Does anybody know?

It is because of food stamps that I can now afford to buy a little more healthy things for my family (and things my kids will actually eat) but I am afriad to go into this store for fear that I would spend my entire months budget in one go. If there were decent deals there and I could go and stock up on these deals, and they accepted my EBT (foodstamps) then YES! I would love getting these nutritional deals for my family. If they do not accept EBT then I guess it would be nice to find deals there every once in a while but I probably will not shop their; can't afford it.

staci-
our local new did a segment about grocery stores and whole foods was either the cheapest or second cheapest! I love that store but its 40 min away so i dont go there as often, but i love love the meat department.

Can Somebody Call Whole Foods and Ask If They Accept FoodStamps?

It's Long distance for me.

Does anybody know?

Anonymous said...

Yes! Considering they have their own coupons (I think, never been their) PLUS you can match that with a Manufact. Q.! We could probably get some pretty great deals on food thats actually nutritional. You don't have to do your entire grocery budget at this store; buy these great double coupon deals and then water down your food list with other great deals from other stores.

I was so excited to see the Whole Foods Mac and Cheese deal yesterday and even more excited to see more deals today! Keep them coming! Whole Foods is my kids' favorite store!

Lolo said...

Absolutely! I am hoping our Henry's has these same deals since they are owned by whole foods because they are a lot closer, but we do have a whole food about 12 miles away so I could do it when I ma near the area. Thanks!

YES!!! Please list Whole Foods deals. My absolute favorite store!!!!!!

I'd love that and Sunflower. The discouraging thing about couponing is that most of the items you can get a coupon for are processed, non healthy foods. Thx

Yes!!!! Please continue to list all Whole Foods deals because they are the best. This store rocks!!!! My wife has food allergies so this would be very helpful.

Collin, I would like to see this too. I was just talking to a reader about how you can't find the WF deals anywhere- I was going to start posting them but I think its great to have a few eyes since it takes a little more work to find the bargains. I always go there for veggie meat products- they have the lowest price on smart dogs!
