When I try to fill out the form, it gives me an "invalid e-mail format" message. I have tried using all caps, different addresses, etc, and it hasn't helped.

Don't get too excited about this. I used to be a Marykay consultant and some of the perfume samples came in a little foil packet attached to a postcard.
