Melissa, you should've received a message at the end stating that your lip balm will ship in about 2 weeks. Also, I immediately received an email from EOS after signing up for the free sample. Maybe you can go back and try again?

I did not get any type of message letting me know the balm was going to be sent to me. I just saw the creation I had made and was prompted to explore other contributions. I was very confused until I checked my email and saw the message that I will be getting the balm in the mail. Thanks!

Hmm, link worked fine for me just now. Got it!!! I also check out their other products and it looks like they are relatively inexpensive. Maybe I'll give their shave cream a try? Only 3.49 & in a container that can by recycled -Nice!
