Check Target... I found these 2 weeks ago during the Target Toy Clearance event for $1.88!! (They were marked $3.98 but when I checked out they rang up $1.88)

This toy is awesome! My son got to test this for them before they released it & he loves it! I've seem these in the stores for as much as $40, so $10 is a great deal.
Does anyone know if this coupon will work if the toy is priced less than $19.99? If what Shopping Frugal says is true, and I can find them on clearance at Target, will the coupon still work- it says right on it that you save "$5 on any $19.99 Nerf N-STRIKE Blaster Purchase". The wording seems to be that it has to be priced at that... but I'm hoping not! Thx in advance if you have an answer :)
