how do you get a rental receipt?

I've never used a red box rental before. Does anyone know if I could use my free code from Post cereal at Walgreens to get this deal?

redbox rocks. in order to get a resiept you have to put in your email adress when it prompts you, this is the only way you can get a resiept. it is very easy to use you just need a credit or debit card to rent. you can even do this from their website. just go to redbox.com and choose a location find the movie youwant and put in your card info, (tis way it holds your movie for you)when you get to the mashine just make sure to have the same card with you that you used on the website.

if your walgreens coupon does not limit you to a redbox at walgreens then it should work just fine.

Thanks. I'll have to look at it. A free movie and a free picture of my little one would be FUN!

So it'll email you the receipt...it won't print out of the redbox.

I do no see anything about it limiting this to kids, look at the fine print at the bottom, i'm not sure but it may be limited to one person.

Yep, the mashine does not print resiepts, it has one slot for dispensing and returning the movies, and one touch screen for completing the transaction and a credit card slot. So if you want any records of your transactions you have to provide an email adress. they do not send you junk. If you want them to send you anything else you have to sign up for emails at their website. I've used them for several years. It's been great and their customer service has allways been great for me when we've had a defective DVD.

For some reason Redbox has not been emailing my receipts even though I enter my email address.

I would call their customer service, use your credit card as a refrence.
