CVS: 3 Links to Print the $5 off $25 Coupon!

As I mentioned previously, CVS has a flu quiz on their website that will give you access to a $5 off $25 printable coupon after completion of the quiz. You can only print the coupon once because each coupon has a specific bar code and it can only be redeemed one time.

...BUT check out these 3 different links below. Each link will give you a $5 off $25 coupon with different bar codes! That means you'll be able to score three $5 off $25 coupons! Sweeeet!

$5/$25 #1

$5/$25 #2

$5/$25 #3

**Make sure to verify that the 3 bar codes are different after printing the coupons.

(Thanks, CouponingToDisney!)

Sweet! This coupon paired with my $15 in CVS dollars + mfc coupons...makes for a very sweet deal.

I already used one of these coupons on Sunday. One of the links is a different color for me, is that the link that I already used?

Does anyone know what the Aerie freebie is going to be?

Whoops! I didn't realize you could only use the coupon only once. I took the quiz last week and this week, and since it allowed me to print the coupon, I thought I was OK. I was a bit disorganized yesterday when I checked out, so I really wasn't paying attention, but I thought the $5 coupon didn't scan. The cashier got it through, though. I always thought that you could use as many of these sorts of coupons as you wanted. When CVS emailed me $4/$20 coupons in the past, I believe it said one coupon per transaction (or something to that effect), and I've used one coupon as many as three times (different trips), and I believe those ones scanned just fine. Anyone else have any insight into this?

funny to run all 3 at once and listen to them talking over one another.

Thanks for the links! We should all be experts on the flu by now lol ... now I just wish I knew which one of these I have already used. The registers keep track of the ones you have used and will not let you use them more than once.

In response to Erin - I have the same question! For the past two or three months I have been printing off as many $5 off $25 coupons as my printer will let me - and I have been using them! After doing this 10 + times, one of the CVS checkout ladies was like "you can't use this coupon, it has already been redeemed!" So yes, Erin, I have the same question as you. Anyone have any good andwers?

Ahhh! Thanks for consolidating! I only turn on my desktop once a week to print doubles of coupons, and today was the day.. I thought it would take forever to find all 3 links! Hopefully there will be lots to buy in the next 2 ads!

Also, could someone email me the CVS quiz to get the 15$ CVS rewards dollars? Or, is there somewhere to find it online? I looked but I could not find it...

I'm excited to get into the Pharmacy game this week! Haven't done it at all as of yet just stuck to grocery stores since I am sooooooooooo bad a rebates and catalinas. But my husband transferred his presciption to CVS since it is the only 24 hour pharmacy near us and got a $25 gift card. So I did the Vaseline deal yesterday and I'm going back for the P&G one today. And with gift card no out of pocket and I should have some extracare bucks left for next month! Woo hoo.

Oh I'd be curios to know about the 15$ CVS rewards dollars too, what is that from?

It didn't work for me - got to the third question and it stopped and said "loading" - I could click on the third one.

I've used them more than once before as well, but it all depends on the cashier you get. Some will push it through, others will not. I am thrilled there are three versions of this coupon!

What's this other quiz people mentioned?

The $15 ECB survey was sent to people that are on the advisory panel. You should sign up because they send survey's like that out every month or so, but I don't think anyone can send you rhe link or they will loose their ECBs.

Awesome. Now if I can figure out which one I printed the first time, I'm good.

I just signed up for the advisory council today. Cool glad to know! I was having such a hard time getting extra care bucks before this so this is great!

YOu can use the same link over and over. BEFRORE you start the quiz right click on settings and change the to 0 then take the quiz, after you are finished print it and then a little box will pop up click deny. You can then retake the quiz and get another coupon with a different number. When your finished dont forget to change it back to 100. hope this helps

change the number to O then click okay. Hope this isnt confusing,Im not good at explaining.

Can anyone tell me how i sign up for the advisory council? Thanks!

Unknown said...

Wow. I signed up for the advisory about a month ago but I've never received a survey. Anyhoo, here are the last six digits for each link:

Link #1 - 402614
Link #2 - 943484
Link #3 - 401341

Hopefully that will help. I couldn't remember which one I used so I ended up with two of Link #2 but I'm going to give that one to a friend who is new to the game! LOL

*** How to print unlimited $5/25 *
(each one having different bar code)

-All you have to do is set the Adobe flash player settings, in browser, to allow 0kb of local storage for cvs.com:

1. In the CVS quiz (it's a flash object), right click and select SETTINGS
2. click on the folder icon in the toolbar(if it's not already selected)
3. slide to 0 KB

Now CVS can't store info on your pc using Adobe Flash...
The Quiz Flash will ask you after you print - if you want to allow CVS to store info on your PC.. you will obviously click NO.

When I clicked on the link, I was unable to figure out how to take the quiz. Where do I go?
