When I click "submit" it gives me an error message...will try again later.
i can't get mine to go through. i filled everything out then get an Error message all over the screen.
i'm getting the same thing plus it keeps telling me "specified cast is not valid"??
I read somewhere that the offer doesn't start until 9/28 which is Monday

It worked for me. It also said error or whatever..so then I just went back and erased some of the stuff I wrote about and wrote a little more..or less idk..and it worked. So try that.

It's funny that some tips go thru and other's are getting this invalid cast error.

It went through for me. It originally said cast not valid, but then I deleted some things I wrote, tried again, then added more until it went through on the third try.
I got the same error message too. I tried retyping my tip 3 times and then it went to a completely different error page and I stopped trying. I'll try again later on.
Nothing works for me either. Invalid cast or Error page. Tried changing my tip about 10 times and nothing. bummer. Will try again later I guess.

I'm starting to think they are being overloaded or something.
When I clicked around their website, I kept getting the Error page. I barely got my question sent to "Contact" link. When I go to the homepage, it doesn't say when it starts..but that its for the first 20,000 who respond.
When I hit "submit tip" from home page..it won't take me to anything. If I get too aggressive..it goes to Error.
I kept trying also, and then I went to their home page, then I clicked on the bottom left logo. On the next page, when I clicked "submit a tip", a box popped up "promotion begins Monday 9/28". For everyone that already submitted, you might want to resubmit tomorrow to guarantee that you get your coupon.
I don't know what time tomorrow, but I'm usually up late, so I will try after midnight. If I get through, I will report back.
Thanks for the tip Fran! I must of hit those same buttons 20x's and it never said that. Now I tried it and it brought up the box. They must of had a lot of tries and or contact questions and figure they better fix that lol.

I got the invalid cast message at first too. I tried again, and it went through, saying "Congratulations! Your after-school organizational tip was one of the first 20,000 tips received. We'll be sending you a coupon for a FREE 4-pack of Smuckers Uncrustables Sandwiches by mail, within 6 weeks. I think it's a good idea to try again tomorrow as well, just in case they invalidate these submissions. Thanks, hip2save!

Midnight on the nose I was able to get my information through and received a message that I was one of the first 20,000 to register. Thanks h2s!
Go to www.smuckers.com...I kept getting an error with the link Collin posted. I was able to fill out the form and give my tip and I am one of 20,000 to receive coupon.
