Thank you so much for posting this. i have two autistic children who struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. i'm very eager to see if this stuff is more consistent than the synthetic melatonin sold in most US markets.
just a heads up the freestuff4free is a scamm i went there to look around then did a survey and the want you to buy somthing to get somthing free lol ok thanks alot hip for all you later
for the lady with the autistic children: you have to control the ammount of sugar the kids get(meaning they should get complexe carbohydrates such as in sprouted bread, beans, whole pasta etc) so this does not make them hyper. as far as i know you can give them a kids dosis of calcium 2 hours before sleep , it works with me . my calcium also gas magnesium in it for optimal absorbtion.
Thanks Anon. for the tip with the calcium -- i will try that. We've tried many diets, including GFCF, diets free of refined sugar and flours, artificial flavors, colors and sweeteners, preservatives...the whole kit-and-caboodle (sigh), and the kids are healthfully active as well. No luck yet :( . i am glad to read of the calcium suggestion and will give it a shot. They drink a lot of milk and soymik, so i'm actually focusing more on the magnesium part of your suggestion.

Be sure and play the game to see if you got enough sleep last night. I scored the same both tries so it must be pretty accurate. Thanks for the info!
This stuff is really really good!
It said my IP was blacklisted????/
