I would take down the Exederm one... I did this one a while back and they wrote me a letter saying they can't send out the samples because of all the freebie sites posting it they got overwhelmed.
I guess they only get 20-40 request a day and now they were getting a couple thousand.

It took about 6 months to receive my New Yorker book mark, wonder how long it'll take to get the calander?!
When I signed up for the New Yorker it didn't give me any confirmation or anything it just went back to the original page. Is that what it did for everyone else or do I need to do it again?
It did that for me too. It brought me back to the info fill out page. So I did it again using my husbands email and it went through to the thank you your poster should arrive in 4-6 weeks page.
