Kmart: LeapFrog ClickStart Game Clearance!


Patti emailed about finding clearance LeapFrog games at Kmart! She was able to find the LeapFrog ClickStart games on clearance for just $5. Plus, there's a $3/1 coupons available here ( IE or Firefox ) that will make each game just $2! As always, make sure to price check clearance items, they could ring up for less.

Fannie Mae still hasn't credited my account either. I called yesterday and she said that it was just taking some time because they had so many. We shall see.........

The incorrect charges from Fannie May were only pending on my account. Only the correct charges show up now and I have received my 3 orders.

A while back they had The Clicksmart on Clearance for 16.00 and with the 10 off coupon, I was able to get them for 6.00! They only had the pink ones on clearance though.

I received an email today from Fannie May that they WILL NOT be refunding me because the disclaimer stated that it did not apply to shipping. They said if I wanted I could return the merchandise at MY expense. Let's just say they got a not so nice email from me in response. It was their mistake, if they didn't want to honor it they should have cancelled the order. Not very good business practice.

Kristin email them a copy of your confirmation with the price listed, that is not right! Call the better bussiness beuro (however its spelled) on them. that is not right!

This has not happened with everyone. I would call them and talk to someone. I dont think its fair that they are being selective on who they are charging. Me on the other hand they didnt charge at all and i was told that they are not charging me and just going to send it out for free. You can email me and i would be more then happy to help you. Fannie May only charged me the amounts shown on my order confirmation and I received all 3 of my orders last Thurs. Hope everyone is able to get their orders resolved without too much headache! :-/

About the Fannie May stuff...my "pending charges" did not end up going through. (for two orders)
However, it looks like my next two did go through, for shipping costs only, but that is not what I was quoted!
Interestingly enough, they have already shipped the items for which they already charged me, even though I ordered those two items last. I'm sure that they did this so that I would not be able to cancel the order without having to go through the troubles of sending them back at my expense.
I emailed them Saturday morning, and still have not heard back from them.
It seems that they started this process in a polite way, and now they are just plain shady!

Tara - they know exactly what my confirmation said. This is the last line of their email to me

If you feel that you have been billed incorrectly you may return the product you received at your expense for a full credit. The return address is:

I didn't cancel my order originally as planned becasue I saw that so many people received info from them that they were going to fix THEIR problem. Why they are fixing some and not others is crazy to me, but believe me I will not be letting this go.

did anyone else had their credit not charged? Mine didn't get charged but i never got the items. So i guess they canceled my order since i never saw any pending charges. Might be cause I put a limit on my card as to how much Fannie May could withdraw.

I had pending charges for the full amount but they disappeared within a day or two. My account has not been charged the correct total of $0.24. I also have not gotten my chocolates. I'm guessing that my order was also canceled.

1. Dispute it with your credit card company

2. you may want to try writing return to sender on the unopened box instead of paying at your expense.

ut oh- i got the fannie order delivered today! and so far havent seen a charge..and the total price on the reciept it left blank...i hope they dont decide to bill me later..

I have started the dispute process with my credit card but I'm hoping they step up and correct it themselves before I send it. I considered just returning to sender but they haven't shown me much to trust them. I'd hate to do that and end up being overcharged and have no product, alot of companies won't refund shipping charges when you do that and I can see them saying that later.

What I also don't understand is how I'm being charged $9.24 on a order that was supposed to be 0.24. They're saying I have to pay shipping but shipping did not cost $9.24 so exactly what are they charging me for. I called customer service and she had no answers for me and told me I have to keep corresponding by email. So frustrating!
