If you haven't joined Disney Movie Rewards yet, then I would highly suggest doing so now! This is a great rewards program... especially if you have kiddos that love Disney movies. Basically every time you purchase a Disney DVD or go see a Disney movie at the movie theatre you earn points. Once you've earned enough points, you can then redeem them for a reward! They have lots of different rewards available from electronics to toys, DVDs and more!
Also, don't forget that if you've purchased any Disney movies recently (example--Snow White), you should see a piece of paper on the inside of the DVD with the Disney Movie Rewards logo. On that paper is a code you can enter on Disney Movie Rewards.com to redeem more points!

For the survery go to Member Benefits...Earn Bonus Points. The survey is at the top. :)

For Double Points: The Disney website states that members should receive an email to announce "one week prior" to the Double Point Day.

LOVE Disney Movie rewards! Each time I've requested a reward, it's arrived within 2 weeks. Disney is awesome.
Took the survey, AND referred three friends. Great op for extra points. Love those points for Christmas gifts!
The Disney Movie Rewards site says that two random dates between 10/20 and 12/31 will be double points days and will be announced 1 week in advance. It will only be announced in the message center. Where is the message center located?
Where do you enter the code words at? I tried entering it under Enter Code and it said it was an invalid code.
