**Please Note: I got very confused on where I was suppose to enter the coupon code, so to save you the headache, here's where to look. Once you view your shopping cart, click on checkout. You should see on "Step 2" of the checkout process a payment options tab on the left hand side, below the Delivery Options tab. Under the Payment options is a coupon # box. This is where you'll want to enter the coupon code, then click apply. That's it!

Did not work on the ornament. it calculated a negative tax (in IL) and gave me an error.

It took me almost an hour to get it figured out. First I checked the gift card option and that messed things up. Then I could not start over, etc. etc. FINALLY, I ordered the bulb shaped ornament 3 different times in 3 different orders for a total of 81 cents per order. I hope this works! Thanks. Will make a nice gift.

I called about the negative tax issue for state of IL. The rep said that the discount normally doesn't take off the shipping cost, so the actual product total must be $10 or more for order to go through for IL.

I did 3 different orders (maybe I shouldn't have) and all 3 orders were cancelled. They said in an email that the code was supposed to be for mail in orders so it was cancelled but I ordered 2 wheels for the Wii and they were accepted so do I call them or just let it go?
My 3 Sky Mall orders were cancelled too even though it said a couple days ago that they were being shipped. What do you do in this case? Call? I have not really ordered things this way before.

I placed 4 orders and mine were all cancelled as well. The cust.service lady said they will only honor it if you have the physical coupon. The promotion was only for the US Airways blanket customers. Uggh! I told her I was disappointed that no one informed me there was a problem and that I had to discover it myself by looking up my acct. And my order was accepted and confirmed online with no problems. How can they change the rules like that??? I am very disappointed!!!
I received an e-mail back from a customer service rep and she had a totally different story for me - how interesting. She simply said that the code I used was never supposed to work toward shipping, just mechandise. And that's why the computer automatically canceled it. But, I know it wasn't automatically canceled, because the day after I placed it, it was marked as shipped, so it's obvious that someone went in and manually cancelled it. Besides why would the computer automatically cancel it, when it allowed it in the first placeed - it seems to me that if the computer knew the code was invalid in my case that it wouldn't have taken the code when I placed the order. *sigh* Anyways, life goes on, but it was a bummer not to get this order - I was all excited to have another thing crossed off my Christmas to do list :)

Just got off the phone with SkyMall. One guy told me they just didn't have the items in stock anymore and that is why they canceled my orders. I called him on that and told him I was pretty sure that it was because I used a coupon. He assured me it wasn't and so I asked to speak to his supervisor. When she got on she originally told me the same thing, until I asked "all my orders got canceled because they weren't in stock? Seems a little odd doesn't it?" She agreed and checked in on it. When she came back she told me that any order under $20 the coupon actually had to be mailed in to be accepted and that she would still give me the same deal if I mailed in the coupon to get the deal. So... My siser and I are both flying Delta in the next week and we are going to round up a bunch of SkyMall magazines, and mail in our orders and see if they will really honor them that way or not. We shall see.
Wish me luck on trying to get the deal.

just got off the phone with "customer service" and was told that the order was canceled becuase of fraudulant orders being placed from people getting the information online and not actually having the coupon. She said that if I had the coupon I could mail it in with my shipment information and the item description. I said "why would I waste time and spent $.50 on a stamp for an item that I was paying $2.22 for?" I then told her that I would not support a company that did not even have the decency to email me that my order was canceled, regardless of the reason. I checked my bank account and the charge never went through.
I was excited to order the microwavable ice cream scoop for my father-in-law. However, about a month after ordering and not hearing anything from Skymall, I contacted them. The lady told me that I needed to spend $20 in order to receive the $10, even though they took the discount online. My order was cancelled without me being made aware of it. Oh well, don't think I'll order from SkyMall again. Hope that others had better success than I did!

They said the vendor was out of stock but then I asked them why it was still up on their website for order if the vendor was out of stock and why I didn't get any email when they canceled the orders.
