My brothers, sister in laws and my husband and I just took our 11 kids (under the age of 6) to Target for a gradkid pic and it went GREAT! They knew how many little ones we were bringing and had two extra workers just to help with crowd control. It was a great experience and VERY reasonably priced. (of course we used a coupon for 3.99 portrait sheets and a free 8x10) :)

Hi Hip! When I went to the Target Photo Center website, I actually found a little better deal ....go here:

http://www.targetportraits.com/content/coupons/coupons-print.htm

At this link the package is only $7.99 (I know that it's only a $1 but still a better savings if you're going to go).

I had good luck with them. I also used a coupon for 3.99 sheets. I wasn't trying to do anything fancy though just black shirt and black backgrounds...

This is the only place we have used so far for our daughter's photos and they do a good job. The photo sheet coupons are nothing new, they are always available on their website. The most I have spent is $25 and I felt that I went overboard a bit in what I ordered that time. They will try to sell you some cutesy pictures when you pick them up for $20 which always makes me mad because they have them already printed up and then probably throw them away when I don't take them up on it.

I absolutely love target portrait. Last week my nine month old twins were cranky, and the photographer gave us a few extra minutes to ensure some great shots. We are big picture people and used a free 8x10 and no sitting fee with any purchase, but then I splurged and paid $100.00 for the digital cd that comes with copyrights to all photographs. They fix all imperfections before making the disc and put all pics in color, black and white and sepia tones on the disc. I love this because I post all I'd the pics on my website, with the copyright Nd then relatives can print whatever pics they want. I can never seem to please everyone when I pick the shot. All the family loves this as well!

We have used them once and plan on using them again. They do try to sell you more, but it wasn't as pressured as some of them are. The coupons make them very affordable.

I have always used the target portrait studio. I get emails from signing up on the portrait website every month. They are always offering the $7.99 portrait package or $3.99 sheet with no sitting fee and free 8X10. I love them and their job is to upsell you they do work on partial commission. I think the pics are great and we schedule two different portrait sessions in one day back to back and get two different packages for $7.99.

I have done all my portraits at Target since my daughter was born 2 years ago. They are amazing. Great quality and the prices are AMAZING. Only 3.99/sheet and you get a free 8x10 every time with no sitting fee. So you can go and spend as little as $3.99 and get 2 great professional 8x10s or even 10x13s at that price!

I got the coupons right off their website I think. Either that or I just did a search on line for them. And hey, today is mega swagbucks day so maybe the searching will pay off. If I have a second later I'll see if I can find a link for you! :)

I love using Target or JCPenney (both portrait studios are the same company that lease out space). I always take my coupon--and depending on how well the kids did, I'll get multiple poses for 3.99 a piece, or just the one pose in the package for 7.99 (you get a ton of pics including 2 8x10s). Be prepared though to have inexperienced photographers who might not get the best shots. If it is a really important shoot and you have the money, I'd definitely hire a professional and pay the extra $$.

I tried Target for the first time last week and was a little underwhelmed. The photographer was inexperienced and wasn't good with kids. Obviously, every photographer is different and we didn't pay much for a good amount of pictures, but I don't think we'll be back. Not many good shots to choose from (many were blurry, head cut off, etc.)
