Here's what the Healthy Savings booklet looks like in my area (southern indiana/louisville, ky)

http://www.frugalfloridian.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/WagsHealthySavings_r.jpg

I think I picked it up at either the pharmacy or the take care clinic.

It does say "take care clinic at select Walgreens" on the cover.

Hope this helps.

I read on one site that if you don't have the coupon from the Healthy Saving's book, some stores will put in the number manually. Theraflu is 0000005596 3(smaller number). This is for the Theraflu that you mix with water. Some stores didn't have a problem with the regular Theraflu and at others it beeped. The bar code for Triaminic is 0000005556 7. Both are good until 12/31/09. I stocked up on them because I'm giving it to a children's ministry that helps children living in homes with dirt/cardboard floors(yes, in the US).

the healthy savings book is at the pharmacy, and originally mine did not know what I was talking about either. Then my parents (who live in a senior community) found them at their clubhouse so I took one down to the store and showed it to them. They looked around for a while and finally came up with them. As I was walking away I overheard them say, 'oh yeah these are supposed to be if you get a flu shot." So technically I guess they are but if you ask them and tell them it is the flu shot booklet at the pharmacy they should be able to find it for you and I am sure will give you one for asking.

The health savings booklets were located at the front of the store, by the store ads for me - in San Antonio, TX

My pharmacy knew nothing about it, they said they had coupon books for those paying for a flu shot but said I had to get a flu shot to get a coupon book. I guess central Indiana walgreens don't like to share savings! Bummer

I found stacks of them laying out on a table at Wags pharmacy for anyone to take.

I also found some stacks of them today. The coupons are good until the end of December. If anyone needs a Healthy Savings book email me at aflmom@yahoo.com and I'll send one out!

Have called every Wags within a 30 mile radius of me ( in suburban Phoenix, so that's ALOT of Wags) All stores (aprrox. 20) have it on sale for $4.99, no clearance here either, so YMMV & V & V! Bummer... gotta love a good MM....

Coupon Booklet has been available in my state of AZ for a couple of months now.... Never heard of needing to get flu shot first, although the $100 CVS coupon booklet was rumored to have this stipulation....

Hey all - I did the Triaminic. Our price was $4.99, but still a good deal.

I ran across some $2.00 Theraflu coupons (go to the Theraflu site) and then there is the $2.00 off from the Health and Savings book - so you can purchase 3 @4.99, use 3 Theraflu $2.00 coupons and the Health and Savings $2.00 which comes out to .99 each and you get back an $8.00 RR!!

This is the first time I've really done 4 transactions and rolled the RRs - it was really fun and really worked!! I just went back and forth with the Sheer Infusion and then the Theraflu/Triaminic.
