I had to put in my CC number too but on the final page it shows the total amount being charged is $0! So I'd just keep an eye on your CC just to make sure!

Wow thanks! I got a Little Tikes basketball set- my 3 y.o. son has been asking for a basketball one for Christmas, but they are normally priced around $25 or $30. I already have so much for him for Christmas I didn't want to spend that. With the discount (even with shipping, which was only $4.95), I got it here for $12.96! I am excited! Mine said that the deal was for purchases over $50, too, but mind still appeared to work. I got the game board, put in the code and it said my charge was $0. So...not sure if it will process correctly or not....we'll see!

It worked for me, I ordered the wood game box. My total was $0.00. But it did make me put in my CC info.I called and asked them if for any reason I did get charged if they would make the correction. The girl said yes. Also, watch out for that $100 survey at the end. I think that it charges you for stuff, not totally sure. I started to do it, then closed it because it said something about processing fees for magazines.

I got a pacifier pod - no charge! Although I my son weaned himself from a pacifier at 3 months, I plan to use it for chapstick...it's always getting lost in the bottom of the diaper bag!!! Although it probably isn't worth the value of $14.95, I didn't pay anything for it so it is GREAT!

The promotional code wasn't emailed to me, it was at the top of the screen - and thank goodness I wrote it down cause it goes away when you switch screens!

I found this deal on a different website a couple of days ago and already ordered something (and it has shipped). I referred a couple of friends. You can only get a $15 credit for up to 5 people, after that someone else may as well get the referral.

i called customer service and the guy said that my order is still going through from what he can see. He said it shouldnt be a problem cuz i used my reward dollars (the promo code) i did pay shipping so that might have something to do with it. but its not showing up under my orders on my account. Guess i'll just wait it out

So when you pulls up one of the refer a firend links, it clearly states:

so they have lied!!!

Talked to customer service for quite sometime...she kept going to talk with her manager...I used every angle of "it doesn't say anywhere...you're not honoring your own promotions...yes people are going to take full advantage- you should have thought that through before ordering...you realize none of us will ever order from your company again and your name will be trashed all over the internet." Nothing. I didn't really care about the cribbage board I ordered, but I do care about companies not honoring their own mistakes.

No, you know what is turning out to be very disappointing lately Collin? That so many of your readers seem to have a ridiculous sense of entitlement.

Collin works her tail off bringing our attention to deals that she comes across. I believe that we’re all grown adults and should take it from there. She is not responsible for taking advantage of every offer she comes across first to make sure it will work for us, she’s talked numerous times about not spending money just because it’s a deal. She’s not responsible for checking out every company/website she posts about. She’s not responsible for walking us through step-by-step every program/instant win game/every order check out (although often she does it out of the kindness of her heart). Get a grip people. You can’t have everything ALL the time. Sometimes the deals work, sometimes they don’t. That’s the nature of the game. If you don’t like it, don’t come here and for the love of GOD stop giving Collin a hard time.
Collin, thank you so much for all of your hard work and for posting things quickly and letting me be a GROWN UP and decide if I want to get in on the deal and take the chance that it might not work out for me.

I can't believe that you people are complaining about your orders getting cancelled just because you missed out on an item being free. What about all the people that ordered items and actually intended to pay for a portion of it? That's a bit greedy I think.

And to whoever said it was illegal to cancel, where did you get that information? Any company has the right to refuse or retract an offer.

It is impossible for everybody to get each & every deal. Some deals might work for some but not for others. If it didn't work out for you, then just be on the lookout for the next deal rather than posting nasty comments.

Collin posts the deals as soon as she hears about them so that we have a chance to get into it. If you want her to sit and verify the authenticity of each deal before posting, chances are : we won't be getting many of the deals.

Collin, there are a lot of us here who are really thankful for all the deals that you give us. So just ignore rude comments.

I had two orders, one for me and one for my mom (different addresses and emails) Mine was canceled, I ordered the horses that were 15.99 + shipping. My mom's however has not yet been canceled. She ordered an alarm clock that was around $23 + free shipping. So roughly $8 after rewards. Interesting...

AND TO YOU COLLIN, keep the deals rolling! YOU'RE AMAZING!

YOU people that criticize "deals" should just stop wasting your time b/c there is always a little risk in getting something free. They don't always work out...DEAL WITH IT and STOP COMPLAINING!!! No one is forcing you to try your luck.

Ok, I take that back, SOME of you had chosen items that you had to pay a little bit for, but so what. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. What's so hard about that? You expect everything to be handed to you on your little silver platter...lets not forget that this little something was FREE (or close to it). I like the word someone earlier used...ENTITLEMENT. So i looked them up on BBB (better business burea) and i found the following:

BBB processed a total of 352 complaint(s) about this business in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total 352 complaint(s) closed in the last 36 months, 108 were closed in the last 12 months.

Numerous complains about the advertising scams. File a complaint on BBB.org. They should at least be punished by bad reviews.

I just got an email confirmation stating that my order has shipped via FedEx. I ordered a light fixture that was around $17.50 with free shipping. After the $15 cpn it was only about $2.50. My email had a tracking number and everything. I'm crossing my fingers. This light was on clearance down from almost $70. I needed a new light fixture in my hallway. Yup- canceled mine as well, so I called and he basically told me that they were getting a high number of fraudlent orders ( did not answer me exactly how they were fradulent) so they cancelled everyones orders, and offered a 20% off your NEXT purcahse- meaning you had to pay for what you ordered and could use it next go round.
It's not that I am upset because I did not get "FREEBIE"- it's just I think it is rediculous a company has a promo like this, and then back peddles. I recieve an email shortly after my confirmation offering me to refer other people- and that they "would recieve a 15 dollar credit for shopping, as well as I would recieve a 15 dollar credit once they paid" it even stated " everyone wins!" - I asked about this, and he said the entire promo had been cancelled.

whatever :) lol....

I just did this and it worked! Good thing 'cuz I spent a bunch of time finding something that was $15 and had free shipping. Which I did -- got some white LED Christmas lights -- always handy! Got a confirmation -- so we'll see. Thanks Colin!

I am in total agreement about rude Anon 12:30. Seriously....that's like getting mad at the mailman when you get a letter saying you've won something! Get a life and search for your own deals. This site is FREE and only passes along info she receives. So DEAL WITH IT when you spend a few precious moments of your time to work so hard on a deal that you really don't even need that ends up not working.

And just on a side note people....most deals that state there's going to be a mass give-away of anything of significant value (more than $5) typically are too good to be true.

I would definitely report it to the BBB. Even if a company claims they made a "mistake" - by the fair trade comissions rules, they are not allowed to "bait and switch" you - ie offer a $15 credit for any purchase and then change it to a $15 credit for a $50 purchase. It is a classic scam that is considered a very serious offense in the advertising world.

Well most companies (if they know what they're doing) will put a discalaimer on their offers stating something along the lines of "we reserve the right to cancel, modify, etc the offer at anytime"....not sure if this one had that disclaimer, but think you may want to look before wasting your time reporting them to the BBB.

I was able to place 2 orders - in amounts OVER the $15 discount, but far less than $50 - and have received shipping confirmations/tracking numbers for both. Originally they did send a cancelation for 1 of the orders, but I called CS and they agreed to ship it with the discount. That was a lovely gesture, but overall, what a marketing nightmare and CS this has been!

Just got off of the phone with CSN. They will not budge. $15 credit is gone. Only thing they offered was my item at 20% off. So frustrated because I purchased an item over $15 that did not have free shipping. I didn't do anything wrong. Grrr!
