I could not get one. I filled everything out pressed submit and got an "oops" from google.
Dee, you can always go to hotmail or yahoo and open up a new free email acct and then sign up for the calendar using that new email.
It said I was eligible for the offer so I filled the form out and then it said I couldn't recieve the offer because I had already recived this offer. I checked my offer status and the calendar was not one of them. That's ok though I get plenty of free stuff.
I used a different email and I got it..

I got one. I'm snagging every free calendar I can (I just got my Joyce Meyers calendar last week) so that I can make them stocking stuffers for my family! LOVE IT!!!
