Im not sure how this works.. i text something the other day, and i didnt get confirmation anywhere? Can you explain how the text promotions work?

I hadn't signed up when I first tryed the lotion one... It kept sending texts asking for more info... thank goodness for unlimited texts... So when I signed up online, they already had most of my information prepared for me... It was really easy.
