I'm not sure if you copied the wording exactly, but it sounds like you only get 1 "entree" (which is a tiny portion) when you buy a 2 or 3 entree plate. Last time I went to Panda Express for a freebie, it was sort of miss leading. Sounds like you get 2 meals, but 1 entree is not at all a meal.
Was at the mall today and got this same coupon on my receipt.
Thanks! I love these coupons as it allows us to try out new items on the menu and not just a little taste on a toothpick! Yes, it's a single serving, but Panda is pretty generous and it's usually enough for my family of three to each get 3-4 bites each.
