For anyone near a Bi-Lo they are priced at $.69lb. but will meet the price of their competitiors. So they should meet this price.

WOOOHOOO! Just got back from Walmart and I was just breezing by and saw the freezer full of Jennie-O Turkeys with a big ol' sign that said .40 a #!! Grabbed my cell and called my mother in law to see if she wanted them! There is a limit of 2, and I got 2 over 23#'s each and they were both under $10.00 each. About $9.58 each or so.

Butterball is at .98# and there is a limit of 2 there also.

StoveTop stuffings (Turkey, Chicken, cornbread) at at .78 a box if you want that this holiday :)

For those of you near WinCo, last year they had name brand turkeys for .25 a pound! We had a huge turkey for $5! Hoping they will do the same this year!

The $.40/lb turkeys are the Jennie O brand turkeys at our local stores. There is a 2 per customer limit, but I got one 25 lb and one 14 lb bird for $14.72 TOTAL!

I know someone that works at our local Walmart and she tipped me off when they put them out Monday night. I ran over and got two. They are already out of them today!

In the 10/25 RP there was a coupon for .55/1 Sara Lee any bread, bun or roll. Nothing else has a coupon attached to it.... go figure :)

The Walmart in Thomson Georgia is totally oblivious about the deal. (not unusual) I only heard the highlights of it and was inquiring about the details

Would Target price match this? Archer Farms turkeys are the best!!!

I live in Shawnee, Oklahoma and customer service just told my dad and I that Oklahoma Wal-Marts are not participating in the $20 turkey dinner. I am soooo mad. How can I dispute this?

kimeve said...

call customer service, if local store claims to not be a part of the 20 dollar thanksgiving.

Frugalmom5,

The link to the promotion found in the hip to safe post actually does says "Prices and availability may vary in AK, HI, OK, NM, WI and at Walmart.com. " Sorry

Was this deal only good on Nov 4th or is it for the entire month of Nov? I live in OH and I was at my local Super Walmart last night, they didn't even have a SPOT for the .40/lb turkeys?! The cheapest turkeys they had were Butterball for .98/lb???

Anonymous---I'm in Ohio too (dayton area) and they have the Honeysuckle Whites for $0.60/lb---if you're in Dayton area, the Dayton Mall Walmart and the Moraine Walmart both have them.

I heard that Safeway is offering to beat Walmart's prices and have a similar deal for $10. Anyone know he details?

good luck finding this deal. No walmarts in my area have had turkeys for .40c. None of them plan to either. This clearly is NOT at every walmart. Don't count on finding it near you.
