Rite Aid wouldn't let me use the target coupon for the Kelloggs cereal $5 off 4. Did anyone else have this problem?

I couldn't use the coupon at Basha's, a local grocery store in Mesa, AZ. It wouldn't scan, the cashier tried and tried and then finally we both noticed the Target logo in the UR corner where according to the cashier and manager there should be a barcode for them to scan.

I'm in South Florida and my Albertson's ad says the following Kellogg's cereals are $1.49:
Froot Loops, Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes, Corn Pops, Apple Jacks

*Also don't forget about the save $2 on one gallon of milk when you buy 2 Kellogg's cereals if you found some of those recently (I found mine in the cereal aisle at Publix last month) and the $1 off Fruit Loops or Apple Jacks blinkies, too!

Please pardon the upcoming bout of whining:

Oh if only we had an Albertson's! There were a bunch in the Tulsa metro area until a couple months before we moved here this year--they all went away and were replaced with Reasor's and Food Pyramids!

Albertson's, why did you leave me?!?? Come ba-a-a-ack....

Thank you, i just needed to get that out of my system.

I recently attempted to use the $5/4 coupon at Walgreens and they "didn't feel comfortable" letting me use the coupon seeing as it had the Target logo on it. I questioned them because it said it was a manufacturer coupon. The cashier rang it up and it worked, then they took it off. The manager told me that the Wags Register Reward says Manufacturer coupon too and you can only use it at Wags. Good to know.

Alby's wouldn't let me use the Manufacturer's coupon with the Target logo. What if someone talked to the manufacturer and asked if they would still honor it if used somewhere besides Target? Just a thought....

In Washington, the ad says 50% off. I will have to check the prices!

I used my Target manufacturer coupon at Walgreens. The cashier said "I don't know about these" as she was scanning it. It took it. I'm still new to couponing and I hope I didn't get her into trouble. My Walgreens ladies are soooo awesome and sweet.

I wish there was a true answer to the question of if its a manufacturer coupon, does the store logo mean only redeemable there? Or just simply because they are printed at that store in hopes you will use them there.

Anyone deal with accounting at a store know if you indeed get your money from these coupons?

Anyway, used it when Walgreens had them $1.99 each limit 4. Still a great deal.

Off the subject, but theres some Almay foundation final chanced stickered from like $12.89 to $3.19. I have not the greatest skin, not smooth or anything. Plus no matter how much I wash, exfoliate, moisturize..my current foundation makes all my skin flaws stick out. But I tried this Almay and is INCREDIBLE!! I love it! You don't see it go on, but it covers awesome and you don't get those "see my pores" or "look at my foundation streaks!" or the dreaded dry mud patches you get when your foundation drys to your dry patches.

Just thought I'd get that out incase your looking for a good foundation at a CHEAP price right now!

For those not able to use coupon at Albs due to Target logo....take Albs ad to Target for PRICE MATCH. The 1 Albs store left by me isn't in the best area & old/dirty so I'd personally rather shop at Target anyway. Hth :)
