I has received the same error message saying that my order couldn't be processed, so, I first went to my email and checked for an order confirmation..then, to my bank account. I had been charged 2 times. I called and had one of the orders cancelled.
My advice is to check your acount after trying to place the order and calling immediately if there is more than one order..they can only cancel it if it isn't in the shipping process :D

just rec'd my red tote that I ordered last week. It is great, I really like it. Yes, the handle is maybe a little flimsy, but overall, it is a deal for $2.99. It is rather large and looks professional too...in case someone was going to take it to/from the office. Love it! Wish I would have bought more to share with others.

I just received my red bag yesterday. It smells terrible!! It is very cheap looking and not sturdy like I would have thought. It doesn't look like it does on the website.
